Ce restaurant aux allures d'oasis se trouve dans un bâtiment victorien réparti sur deux niveaux. Il est idéal pour dîner en toute quiétude, comme en témoignent les casiers de table pour ranger vos téléphones. Faites une pause pour pouvoir consacrer toute votre attention aux délicieux petits plats internationaux avant-gardistes de la cheffe cuisinière Lia Silva, comme les latkes aux œufs de saumon avec du kombu à l'érable et le tartare de thon à la truffe noire accompagné de chips.

My husband and I came here for dinner, we opted for the chef selected menu. The food here was quite good, we especially liked the scallop tempura. Sadly, our enjoyment of the food was very much tampered by the strange atmosphere and the unprofessional wait staff. The servers seemed to know very little about food and wine. We did the wine pairing, and the wines were dropped by different staff each time saying no more than "this is a Syrah", "this is the dessert wine", etc. There seemed to be many too many servers and they spent a lot of time milling about and chatting (we overheard one long conversation about a bachelorette party). An Amazon delivery came to the front door mid service and was unpacked on the floor in full view of guests. Very strange. Overall, food was enjoyable but we will not be returning on the basis of the atmosphere.

My third time at SARA, and it’s always an absolute treat. Had the tasting menu for 3, which is an experience that shouldn’t be missed. Pricing is very reasonable given average Toronto dining pricing, particularly for the quality and diversity on SARA’s menu. Pro tip: check out the bathrooms ;)

Wow, such delicious food and terrific service! The ambience is great too, very TO, elevated but fun and casual. Stand outs were a crisp, fresh salad, fried chicken (perfectly done, meat was tender and no trace of greasiness) and perfectly spiced blackened fish - the accompanying tostones were good but could have used a bit more seasoning/salt. The only part of the meal which missed the mark was the chocolate tart - it wasn’t really a chocolate tart, very light on chocolate flavor, the crisp was not tasty at all, and the banana puree was similar to jarred baby food. Overall a wonderful dining experience, would definitely go back, and that to me is the best sign of a restaurant’s worth; in TO, with so many great restaurants to choose from, if I want to return, it means it’s gotta be special. And a big huge thank you to Glen, he is an awesome server, friendly, helpful and kind.

Came here for a bachelorette. I've been here once before on a date and was blown away by the food and drinks. This time it was still very good, but not quite as good as last time. The service was great and we really enjoyed ourselves. The tasting menu is a great value. You get sooo much food - definitely come hungry. The reubens were a favourite. Will continue to recommend this spot to friends!

First time at Sara. We ordered most of the small and medium plates and they were all DELICIOUS! Will definitely go back. So often we feel disappointed with the cost and quality when dinning out but our experience at Sara was excellent.

Sara was incredible! The food was absolutely delicious - I had high expectations but everything tasted even better than I expected. The servers were all lovely and the space was beautiful too. I will be coming back for sure!

A first time visit and definitely won’t be my last! great warm reception from Jaila the host, followed by welcoming smiles and greta service from the staff and manager Benji. Food was tasty and well priced, wine was delicious and vibe was just right for a dinner with friends or a date night. I will definitely come see it again.
