   Would not recommend based on customer service. Seating area for those who want to eat only without shisha is very small, layout very small and close to staff counter, looked more like a everyday cafe other than a lounge/restaurant. Waitresses rude and inattentive. My daughter picked the place to celebrate her 16th birthday but as mentioned was disappointed as only the side for shisha customers actually looks nice. We ordered 5 meals only 4 came out, with no acknowledgement from staff of one meal missing, when asked about the meal, the waitress responded that the kitchen was very busy and told it wouldn’t take long for the 5th meal to come out, then said nothing else for about 15 minutes until I had to ask again. Finally once everyone else has finished their mains, the 5 meal came out, meaning she eat alone. Ordered a medium rare stake was given a well done. Whole experience was a bad one.

   AMAZINGGG! The food was on point, the drinks were non alcoholic or teas but they were absolutely delicious. Get your snaps ready the aesthetics of the place were absolutely beautiful! The price was great. We had the coffee club that included brunch, breakfast and unlimited teas The service was excellent, Danielle our waitress made our experience worth it 10/10

   Atmosphere was welcoming, staff was friendly. Food was good and the presentation was awesome. Also good music

   The place is nice but the staff is very rude and the service is also very bad. I would not return.

   Despite we booked reservations there for my birthday, 25th Nov at 1pm and even received a confirmation that we were still coming for that time, I was not notified that the restaurant would’ve been closed. I tried to call but to no avail. I was looking forward to enjoying the meal but was disappointed to find out that they were closed. It would be helpful if they didn’t had reservations available at times when they’re not opened.

   Waitress was rude and had an attitude. They didn’t provide tap water. The food was not worth the money for an example almost £10 for 6 pieces of calamari. Wouldn’t recommend

   What a horrible experience!!! We were seated close the entrance and they said this is the main restaurant… which one is just table close to the entrance. Then, they told me several times that this restaurant is a halal and they do not serve alcohol. But when I was told several times yes you can bring your own alcohol is fine. There they told me no they now have the license and they can sell alcohol. Extremely disappointed when they told us to buy Alcohol. Then they messed up my birthday cake they said yes yes was in the fridge when actually was completely melted. Never mind they said they will give us free sparkles and they won’t charge me for the cake but I ended paying £20 from the sparkles and then £97.50 for the tequila that they said was going to be complementary and they charged us. Then when we paid everything they came with a fruit salad that we never ever order and they started to arguing the a manger and the waiters what a horrible experience I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOU TO GO TO THIS PLACE RUN AWAY !!! They don’t know how to communicate to each other when they said is alcohol free actually I hacer never received any replies from the restaurant and I just felt so embarrassing going there and spend almost £730 which they did even care. When I called to tell them to pick up the cake the lady on the phone was so rude and she did not even wanted to take my cake and put in the fridge which one got melted and was awful! Please do not never ever go there they will mess up! They will charge for things but then they will be rude and tell you to paid.

    It’s overpriced, very small, nothing like the pictures Don’t serve alcohol Food was basic not much to choose from, the food on the instagram page is not available at the restaurant. Very very very cramped Staff were friendly For the price… you’d think we had bought cocktails with alcohol..,…..,the juice is like £9 We had pasta, Shisha, juice and it came up to £190 Good music though
