We were so excited to find a restaurant that was not only gluten free but seed oil free! Food was meticulously prepared and delicious! BYOB but they opened and served our wine for us. Excellent food and the price was quite reasonable!! Will be back!

The food was great and had a different flair. Would definitely return. The female server we had was very cold and kind of abrupt so she took a little away from what I would call fine dining.

This is my third time to sapiens. Each time has been such a special and intimate experience. The owners are lovely, and everyone we've ever met. There has been friendly and kind and there's a lot of laughter going on inside of the restaurant as people are enjoying their food and their families and friends. This is a very small and intimate place The food is amazing, the escargot is super delicious and I really wanted to get it to go order of it. It was that good, all of the dishes are very well thought out with delicious and nutritious ingredients. It's wonderful to be able to go to a place that is conscious of the planet as well as low sugar and alternate choices for people that are eating healthy

Terrible experience here. Waited almost an hour for our dinner while everyone around us kept getting food served. At one point the table next to us got their mains, sent one back and received a brand new dish before we got anything. No apologies were made and nothing was done to remedy. Two paper thin pieces of bread were brought as “complimentary” when the food was taking too long, but then our main was also brought, then the app and then our sides!! Truly terrible experience.

Great food prepared perfectly by chef Aurora. Wait staff very friendly, efficient and add to the dining experience. Highly recommended.

I didn’t like this place just my personal opinion food wasn’t good. Waiter was kind but never once asked me if I wanted a drink.

Understaffed, our steaks were well-done by the time they got to us, we order medium. The rabbit stew was good if not for the excessive amount of bones (used more leg and loin please). Overall, good flavors, good ingredients, good idea, not enough humans.

Chef Aurore, does a fabulous meal! Absolutely had a great time. Had several appetizers and great dishes. There was a special dish I cannot share as she made it special and don’t want you to think it’s on the menu! She has incredible skills and look forward to the next meal! To boot, it’s a BYOB! I intentionally did not list any dishes as we have had all of them and hard for you to go wrong!

The food was almost inedible (overdone steak, dry, tasteless fish and desert). We were charged a corkage fee for our BYOB wine, we were the second of three seatings for the evening (Thanksgiving meal) and the management flickered the house lights 45 minutes into the meal indicating (evidently) that we had 15 minutes left to finish up. Although each seating ran for 2 hours, the house gave itself 45 minutes to reset...nothing...for the following seating: No table cloth or nice center piece or even cordial working of the room and Holiday good wishes by management. We left hungry, unsatisfied and wishing we HAD put up with an at home traditional Thanksgiving Day meal with a house that smelled wonderful and a joyful mess to clean up (that said, there wasn't even a pleasant odor of food which greeted you at the door at Sapiens). I was in the restaurant business for 10 years and worked everything from coffee shops, steak houses and gourmet French tableside cooking establishments so I know quality and value; I would not wish Sapiens on anybody! Sorry mom, but sometimes you have to say something mean about somebody.
