We have dined there many times, and you cannot beat the experience of eating in the sun. However, despite having a reservation, we were seated at a dirty, unset table. Although the staff were polite, they are too inexperienced for the prices being charged. Please train them to wipe tables down, ask for help so that tables of more then 2 can be severed as close to each other as possible and finally to promptly remove finished items (an empty martini glass and appetizer plates were left for the duration of the meal)

Great food great ambiance, waiter was a little slow but everything we ordered was perfect, in his defense he had a very large table in addition to ours. I had a watermelon cocktail that was awesome.

We have been to Santorini for that past 4 years. This year we got 4 slices of bread which were actually paper thin. We order ceaser salad and it was half the portion. Parm was nice size. Pasta dish was smaller than usual. More expensive and way less food. Food was good but for the price it was crazy not worth it.

I love this restaurant. My friend and I have made it our summer tradition to come to Wildwood Beach and go to Santorini. It's our third year in a row. For appetizers, we ordered the Fried Burratta, Scallops, and Ceasar Salad. The burrata is fried crispy, and the tomato sauce is simple but fresh and the perfect companion to the salty burrata. The scallops were succulent, and the siracha mayo sauce took them to the next level. I love the Lobster Ravioli. It’s very decadent and flavorful. The sauce is not overpowering, and you can still taste the lobster. My friend gets the Linguine Pescatore. She notes the flavor is amazing, and “all the seafood in this pasta is cooked to perfection!” We love this place very much, and we will be back next year.

We have been coming to Santorini since it opened whenever we are at the shore; probably six times per year. It generally is outstanding and one of our favorite places to dine. This last experience was a bit disappointing however. The noise level in the inside but outer part of the restaurant is loud and the lighting much too bright. It takes away from the lovely atmosphere and makes it seem more cafeteria like. The waiter tried his best but was too busy and hence my husband had to get up and get his own silverware after asking for some and waiting about ten minutes. The spanakopita appetizer was tiny (about two teaspoon bites per person) and not warm. My husband’s dinner special of barramundi was dark meat only and very fishy with the smallest amount of pasta (maybe half cup) and the sauce was very bland. Honestly we like this place but it’s too busy in the summer and much better service and food off season. We will try again in the future but hope they rectify some of these issues moving forward.

Our food was fantastic. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection! Sitting on the upstairs patio was nice but the Music was a touch too loud. Can’t wait to go back

We sat up on rooftop. Beautiful night. Great food and service. Also Friday night fireworks were visible so no need to go anywhere else.
