Our first experience at Santo Restaurant was nothing short of excellent. The expertly prepared meats, such as the pork chops and steak, and the delightful flavors of the tuna tar tar and gazpacho soup, showcased the chef's talent for creating great dishes. One note-Substitutions are not allowed as the chef carefully crafts his dishes to ensure that each ingredient complements one another. This policy, coupled with the staff's solid wine knowledge and suggestions, adds to the overall dining experience. With a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service, Santo Restaurant is a must-visit for any food enthusiast.

Biggest issue actually was the parking lot. Got way overcharged. Didn't scan my license plate when I had left. Wouldn't return because of that.

Santo is a true gem in the Green Hills area! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and converse with the General Manager, Brett. Since I dined solo, I reserved a seat at the bar. Peachy was the perfect bartender/service for the evening. Not only was she knowledgeable with the menu and the restaurant, she was lively, conversed with the patrons, all while maintaining professionalism, attention with the steps of service, and assisting others. I came in for the Pesto Bucatini which is phenomenal! I took Peachy’s suggestions with the Harissa Caesar Salad and the rotating gelato. She also makes a great Negroni. The ambiance was friendly, lively, and clean. The service was top notch; absolutely perfect. The food - fresh, full of flavor, and appropriate portioned. Kudos to the chef and the kitchen team! Hands down, Santo will be a “go to” for future dining!!!

Great brunch with 2 for 1 drink specials (mimosa, spicy margarita, Bloody Mary). I would highly recommend!

Food was pretty good, but portions were quite small. The service was pretty slow except for the appetizers. Very hard to hear our waitress (admittedly she was not speaking very loudly).

This is a consistently great place! We started with a dozen oysters, the hummus, and focaccia. All were fantastic. My son had the scallops, my husband had the chicken, and I had the salmon. We finished with the cheese cake and chocolate cream brûlée with sea salt. Everything from start to finish is fresh, presented beautifully, and tastes amazing. The service team is great at making recommendations and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Appetizers were great; with oysters being standout. However main dishes were subpar. Lamb could only taste char and pasta wirh scallops tasted like grease

Everything was amazing. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. She helped make some recommendations that didn’t disappoint. Every dish had an elevated flavor and even exceeded my expectations on common dishes like the feta dip and gazpacho. The cozy ambiance is perfect for a celebratory group gathering, a date or just hanging with your girls. I will certainly be back!
