'Fuego' will be a masterclass of all things grilled, featuring prime cuts from the historic K4 Ranch in Prescott, Arizona. Included, will be guest speakers from K4, to highlight the history and importance of the ranching process for their high-quality beef. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Santo, appetizers, cocktails, salads, entrees and dessert did not disappoint! Wonderful service and ambiance!

The food was amazing. Everything we tried from the steak to the appetizers was amazing. However, the service was lackluster and very slow. Drinks took far too long to receive and we were there for almost 2.5 hours for a dinner for 4.

What a delightful experience! We had an 8pm reservation on a Friday night and were seated promptly by the lovely hostess. Natalie brought us water and our server, Sebastian made us feel very welcome indeed. He suggested the Paloma cocktail for my wife which was delicious and included a dusting of Taijin on the rim of the glass. I had a hazy IPA and a Sebastian picked Mezcal that that just the right combination of dirty socks and campfire to make it extraordinary(!) We went with Sebastian’s recommendation for the seasonal crudo as an appetizer which was outstanding . Albacore with red onion and avocado served with crispy corn tortillas which had the most delicious sauce…They tried to take the plate away several times but it still had sauce on it so we wouldn’t let them. They understood. My wife ordered the rib eye steak which was perfectly paired with beans,potatoes, pepper + onions all served with wonderful flour tortillas. I had the “Dirty Rice” with shrimp and Spanish chorizo along with peppers and onions. It was exquisite. All of the was paired with an exemplary Mexican red wine. It was all very, very good and Sebastian (call me Seabass)really impressed us with his demeanor, advice and service. Afterwards, we went out back to the speakeasy called Pecado and kept our wonderful evening going-good fun indeed! It was loud when we got there but the crowd noise ebbed and flowed over the course of the evening. It was a wonderful night out and we will be back.

Had a great time with the very creative and delicious food they had on the menu. The staff was very accommodating and gave us really good recommendations. Love the ambiance and the complimentary valet service which made dining so easy.

The food was well seasoned and very tasty. Most dishes had a kick to them that made them taste even better. Definitely recoomend giving this restaurant a try.
