In December all reservations & walk-ins may be subject to a cover charge. The cover charge is per person & includes a complimentary alcoholic beverage (or a Santa's Treat for kids). The cover charge will start at $5 per person (applicable for ages 12+) & the dates it is implemented may vary. We can't wait to welcome you!

Music Bingo is is a very fun take on bingo - instead of just calling out numbers, the host plays music clips (the cards have song titles, artist names, etc instead of numbers, so players need to recognize the song, and mark it on their card). Great Christmas decorations. We loved it. Service was good. Items arrived with parts missing and was told they were out of them.

Absolutely loved the Santa Baby pop up experience!! The atmosphere was a lot of fun, and there are so many awesome photo ops. The Christmas music is lively and fun. It was the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit!!

The services is nothing to write home about. Took a while for someone to take our order and I had inquired about 2 people’s order by this time, the rest of the party already finished eating. Just a mess but the whole place is beautiful. Just come with patience. It is ridiculous overpriced

The decorations were great, the food was not good at all. Maybe a better place just for drinks.

We got there for 1 o’clock reservation and we’re told that we only had the table for an hour and a half and they would start kicking us out. It took forever for us to get a waitress, then it took forever for us to even get our drinks and get our order in. Our food came leaving us only 20 minutes to eat because things were running so slowly. I think that is a bit ridiculous and that shouldn’t happen to anyone especially spending the kind of money you wind up spending in a place like that. The decorations were amazing and the kids were in awe, but I think being pushed out in an hour and a half when you already know things are running behind. It’s completely wrong.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Food and service are horrible! Come for the ambiance. Have a drink and roam around. 2 years in a row Santa Baby. For brunch.. both times someone didn’t get their food and were offered shots for compensation.. NO.. I want my food. Food is NOT served at the same time.. today.. never got my French toast.. after everyone finished my husband found the waitress who checked and said they are out of bread .. last year it was 3 eggs over easy didn’t arrive.. DON’T eat here and waste your hard earned money. What a disgrace.. if you can’t provide the service don’t offer it.

Be aware that they may try to scam you out of your money. We had a $300 ticket and they charged us wrong for over half of our items. The manager corrected it but they charged us $16 for a plain coffee with nothing in it (which was $7 on the menu), charged us for drinks we didn’t order, and up-charged only some of our meals which were all the same, and not others. The waitress rolled her eyes at us and was rude when we politely and asked her why some of it was upcharged. We treat our waitresses well but it does not matter here, she argued with us and made up stuff like “it’s all uncharged for the special event”. Even though the menu was for the special event and three people who all got the same breakfast burrito were charged different prices. Weird. The manager was nice and fixed it but it seems like they may be doing this to many people (based on their Google reviews) so make sure if you do choose to come here (when it’s already pricy) that you don’t pay more than what you asked for and be aware you might get a rude waitress. If you check the Google reviews one of the managers said they they charge all patrons a 4% fee that is optional but you have to ask for it to be taken off your check (they hope that you don’t notice this, as well as mandatory gratuity) so ask for the 4% to be taken off of your check if you decide to go!
