We have 15 indoor tables, and 12 covered/heated patio tables. Online reservations can be made for parties up to 5 guests. Larger groups can be booked at 5pm on weeknights, please email the restaurant for reservations.
Please understand when making your reservation that we cannot guarantee a specific table or area of the restaurant. We recommend 5pm reservations for parties with specific table requests, if you book later in the evening you may need to wait for your table preference.
If you are having difficulty finding a reservation you are welcome to stop by for walk-in seating. We seat our bar and covered/heated patio for dinner nightly.

The staff at San Fermo always takes good care of us and makes us feel welcome. They help us understand the menu and which wines work with their seasonal choices. The food is outstanding- well-balanced and full of flavor.

San Fermo is a cute, intimate restaurant and is one of our favorite date spots in Ballard. Last night was no exception - we celebrated our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect in terms of the food, ambience, drinks, and service. Thank you San Fermo for a fantastic date night 💖

Honestly, everything was perfect---starting with the service. Such a warm and welcoming space. The mocktail was refreshing and delicious. Butter for bread was at the perfect temp (and not cold and hard). I got their bolognese and it was noteworthy. Even dessert (buckwheat chocolate cake) was incredible in flavor and texture. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful experience celebrating a birthday here. The short ribs were incredible as was the salad. We also really enjoyed our pasta dishes. Service was attentive, and they even helped us with the lost phone at the end of our meal. We will be back.

We had a cozy, lovely time at San Fermo. The food was hot, well flavored and beautifully presented. Our server was funny, efficient and skilled. I love the seasonal menu and new things to look forward to at each visit. Thank you!

Our first time (celebrating our anniversary!) and we can’t wait to go back! The food was amazing but the team there was next level! Everyone was so kind and attentive to us from start to finish. What an exceptional experience!
