This is my second time at San Carlo. The customer service is top notch, you are very well looked after. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Excellent meal with plenty of choices. Great service. We recommend the salt encrusted sea bass. Great for sharing and quite a show at your table.

Fantastic meal, we sat outside after initially opting to sit inside as it was such a hot day however the AC wasn’t functioning too well. Anyhow, good decision the old was of extremely high quality and you couldn’t fault the service.

We have been dining at San Carlo and their sister restaurants for many years with good experiences. Unfortunately our last visit was a disappointment. The surly waitress was just the beginning on what turned out to be a bad experience at San Carlo on Regent Street. The tuna tartare was tasteless followed up by very mediocre dishes of Gnocchi Sorrentina and their special that evening, Linguini Scampi. There was ample food left when we asked for the check. We hope this was just a one off and not reflective of the future. There are so many fine Italian restaurants in London one should not be subjected to poor cuisine. We'll give San Carlo a try again in the future with caution.
