Construit en 1986 et conçu de façon à reproduire les légendaires phares sur pilotis, ce restaurant vous étonnera par son emplacement unique au-dessus de l’eau. This establishment has been a neighborhood favorite for many years. We were fortunate to celebrate our friend's birthday before the restaurant closed its doors for good on 9/26/21!

A wonderful restaurant. A true shame it is closing. The food & service were fabulous and the location & view was amazing. I’m hoping they find new owners that appreciate this gem!

Server was excellent and the best crab cakes ever. Even the veggie flatbread and salads with way above average. Definitely recommend

Wanted a Bloody Mary. Their mix was too spicy so the bartender made one with tomato juice. Just vodka & tomato juice. That’s not a Bloody Mary. I had to request seasonings, worchestire and horseradish to make my own. Used low quality tomato juice. Ordered the crab cake melt with applewood smoked bacon. Sandwich was not grilled. Crabmeat was scant and the bacon near uncooked. Not crispy. $23.00 My father ordered the lobster roll. Menu did not say lobster “salad” roll. But that’s what he received and that was only made with claw meat. No lobster tail meat. 24.00. In the past Sams had only the highest quality of ingredients. My family has been patrons of Sam’s since it opened. Stopped when it changed management and changed menu to have a more Asian lean. Was excited to see the menu returned to more regional cuisine. Best thing today were the French fries and they were cold.

Sam's has the best lobster rolls and a beautiful view as well. We will miss them.

Excellent view. My lobster roll was better than expected. the tomato bisque with lobster was very good, could've used a bit more lobster.
