    This is the 3rd time eating at Sammy's. Food is good but not worth waiting more than an hour to get served.

    Sammie is a neighborhood gem The food is excellent the service is always first rate & the portions are amble The desserts are also a hidden feature if your taking some food home with you( which you will)

    Overall we had a really bad meal there tonight. Our waitress was very busy and was very quick and short with us. My salmon was drenched in a sauce and the gluten free pasta that was the side never arrived. I asked for it 3 times and it was supposed to come with the salmon. The server never offered any apology for this and just gave excuses. At the end of the meal they finally gave me the pasta to go home with and it was floating in a greasy sauce. I threw it in the trash! The pizza my friend got looked disgusting - with dark greasy fried eggplant pieces on it. She couldn’t even eat it and the server could see that and didn’t do anything.

    Love this place and miss it when I don't get there regularly. We sat outside and they just remodeled to give shade in the summer and warmth in the colder days. Just a lovely evening with fabulous food. Had linguini with white clam sauce. Sooo many clams! The bread and olive oil are to die for starters! We will be back again soon!

    Really good and consistent Went for Father’s Day Calamari excellent and for the first time daughter had salmon and it was fresh and cooked well
