SALVAJE is a RoofTop Experience where you will find a fusion of Mediterranean Japanese gastronomy while enjoying an equally exquisite architectural design and a relaxed atmosphere that lifts you as the night approaches with our resident DJ performing live every night.

The phenomenon that began in Panama City and is now all over the world, in cities as Madrid, Dubai, Valencia, Bogota, Mexico City, Guatemala, and others, has brought artists and celebrities from Hollywood and other corners of the world, to our doorstep, becoming a hot spot in every town.

We take phone calls from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., however there might be a little delay to answer calls during service hours. Please text us if we weren't able to take your call.

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant with two friends. Although I had been here before, it was their first time, and they were just as impressed as I always am. The ambiance and design of the restaurant are absolutely beautiful, creating a cool and inviting atmosphere. Our waiter, August, truly made our experience exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond in every way to ensure we had a great time. His service was impeccable, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our meal. August deserves all the respect and praise for his outstanding service. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. We will definitely be back!

We love this place very much. The ambience and food is superb. The service immaculate and the view from the rooftop is amazing. We recommend this restaurant for people that wants to have an excellent overall experience.

I ventured out to Savaje, expecting a great dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The restaurant is located on the 7th floor of the Hyde, which was promising, but the rest of the evening went downhill from there. We started with the Salmon Rice appetizer, which turned out to be more rice than salmon—very disappointing. Next, we ordered a glass of Merlot, only to find it stale and of poor quality. For the main course, I chose the Roasted King Salmon, but it was anything but "king." The portion was shockingly small—a sliver of fish that was overly salty. We also tried the Spicy Tuna Roll, which was just okay. It wasn’t spicy and had more rice than anything else. To top it off, after paying the bill, I needed to use the restroom. To my surprise, it was quite a hike. I had to go outside while it was raining, through the open patio/pool area, where we got soaked just to reach the facilities. Overall, it was a disappointing night. I wouldn’t recommend Savaje to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.

Very pretty view, a little pricey for the amount of food ur given. Drinks are good and made a last minute reservation and was sat right away when we arrived. Downside was in the reservation they have you put if you are celebrating anything and we put birthday and it was never mentioned or brought up but the table behind us got a bday song and dessert but oh well

I called the restaurant to modify the reservation because everyone was running late. They had no issue and helped me with the timing. Augusto was excellent! He was very attentive and efficient! I was celebrating my elopement with my wife and friends. He surprised us with mixed tequila shots to help us celebrate. It was delicious and we were so grateful! We will come again soon! I hope they bring back the dancing fire shows. The restaurant said they stopped it but I would love to experience this!
