SALVAJE is a RoofTop Experience where you will find a fusion of Mediterranean Japanese gastronomy while enjoying an equally exquisite architectural design and a relaxed atmosphere that lifts you as the night approaches with our resident DJ performing live every night.

The phenomenon that began in Panama City and is now all over the world, in cities as Madrid, Dubai, Valencia, Bogota, Mexico City, Guatemala, and others, has brought artists and celebrities from Hollywood and other corners of the world, to our doorstep, becoming a hot spot in every town.

We take phone calls from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., however there might be a little delay to answer calls during service hours. Please text us if we weren't able to take your call.

I went to salvaje for my 19th birthday and I went with my family, I loved the environment and energy. Very family friendly and overall good time, the food was great and also the service!

Awesome food for the value. A great place overall to go with your date or a group. I loved the decoration and the view to the sunset is perfect! They have a live DJ but it is not loud. I will be back for sure. Oh! The ice creams are awesome too

Everything was very good, the food too, except that I was going to celebrate my daughter's birthday and I wanted them to put happy birthday on the dessert plate and they didn't have a way to do it. I think that's something essential in a restaurant since people go to restaurants to celebrate important dates.

La comida estuvo excelente, la atención fenomenal, el ambiente muy lindo; la música quizás un poco alta, y los cócteles estaban calientes, nos tocó pedir hielo. De resto, todo muy bien! Muchas gracias

Shrinkflation is the key word!!! They changed the Golden (Happy) Hour menu and halved the portions. They also increased prices on most of the drinks. The views, general ambiance and the quality of food made me endure the noise, but now the incentive (and my enthusiasm) is reduced by half, too.
