SALVAJE is a RoofTop Experience where you will find a fusion of Mediterranean Japanese gastronomy while enjoying an equally exquisite architectural design and a relaxed atmosphere that lifts you as the night approaches with our resident DJ performing live every night.

The phenomenon that began in Panama City and is now all over the world, in cities as Madrid, Dubai, Valencia, Bogota, Mexico City, Guatemala, and others, has brought artists and celebrities from Hollywood and other corners of the world, to our doorstep, becoming a hot spot in every town.

We take phone calls from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., however there might be a little delay to answer calls during service hours. Please text us if we weren't able to take your call.

disappointing giving the good reviews they have, we got there for a 8:45pm, we order within 10 minutes (Miami Spice) and got the first set of appetizers about 25 mins later, after than the rest of the food took over 1 hr, we finished a bottle of wine waiting, and the problem was the food was one dish cold and the other super well done!. We basically sent the food back and let the waiter know (not his fault at all) and they only charged us for the wine. Good thing the is a burger place across the street :-) I think they definitely had a kitchen problem, so hard to say if this was normal or just an off night. Either way that was my experience.

It was very hot, so we asked the server for a different table or to place the fan closer, but said no. The sushi was good, but everything was not worth how much we paid.

The service was horrible, the server would take forever to check on our table, drinks were weak and food was nothing as I expected, and waited until desert time thinking it would change my perspective and desert was the worst! Would not come back ever!

We went for Miami Doice and the menu was delicious. We had the lamb and the fish and both delicious. The view is so pretty and the design of the restaurant is very unique and beautiful . I will definitely be back for another dinner

Not my first time at the restaurant, but definitely first time the food came so messy. Entrees side with appetizer, and main entrance one first than other, so my guest had to wait so we all can eat at the same time. The server was very friendly but definitely needs improvement. Also, one of my guest is vegan, she was offered Cauliflower Bloom, and I came to the realization later that it contained feta… Not my best time at salvaje, but the food always makes me go back.

Quality has declined significantly, very slow kitchen, very busy attendants, super hot, foot not a big of a deal, valet parking not available, won’t recommend
