SALVAJE is a RoofTop Experience where you will find a fusion of Mediterranean Japanese gastronomy while enjoying an equally exquisite architectural design and a relaxed atmosphere that lifts you as the night approaches with our resident DJ performing live every night.

The phenomenon that began in Panama City and is now all over the world, in cities as Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella, Dubai, Bogota, Mexico City, Guatemala, and others, has brought artists and celebrities from Hollywood and other corners of the world, to our doorstep, becoming a hot spot in every town.

We take phone calls from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., however there might be a little delay to answer calls during service hours. Please text us if we weren't able to take your call.

Fui para mi cumpleaños y especifiqué que necesitaba una mesa para 14 personas, nos acomodaron en una mesa extremadamente pequeña e incómoda, pedí cambio de mesa y me lo hicieron de mal gusto, el mesero no quería separar los cheques al final de la cena y tuvimos que nosotros mismos sacar nuestras cuentas, simplemente no lo recomendaría para un evento, está bien para solo ir por drinks

The food, the ambience, the music it was all great. The service was a little bit bad because it was raining and the servers weren’t paying much attention to what was happening with the customers other than trying to get everybody seated in a dry table. But overall it was really good. Great experience.

excelente servicio, buenos tragos, el restaurante es muy bonito pero no cuentan con un buen sistema de aire acondicionado, pasamos muchísimo calor y humedad… fuera de eso, todo estuvo increíble

The restaurant is great but the valet is AWFUL. I was so clear when I valeted my car… I literally told them “be careful I have big rims on my car and there’s no scratches.” Of course they said “oh no worries it’s ok” I come back out to pick up my car and my back right 22” Forgiotto is wedged into the curb and the entire thing is damaged. Of course they didn’t say anything and just wanted me to pull off and forget about it. Don’t valet your car there they are such idiots.

Had early dinner on Friday night party of 2 at 8pm. Seating was not great due to tables located away from dancers during show so didn't get to see much although the view is nice being a roof top over midtown shops. Service was very good and food was tasty. Try the cauliflower boom appetizer. Music and ambiance was just right playing most popular dance track mashups. Not crowded and staff was friendly and attentive. Valet parking is worth doing. Drinks were also tasty. Ordered the Kanso and Be Wild drinks and flavor was on point. Overall good experience.

Tuve una mala experiencia, el servicio fue pésimo el mesero era muy descortés , teníamos q estarlo llamando para q recogiera los platos y los vasos de los cocteles todo el tiempo en un momento llamamos a otro mesero porque el nuestro no llegaba y nos respondió con mala cara “voy” cuando terminamos no venía a traer la cuenta en fin me siento muy decepcionada de este lugar, no regresaré más.ahh la comida estaba normal y los tragos malos también.
