Watch your dish being prepared in the open kitchen, from the warm and comfortable dining room with wooden tables and vintage furnishings.

A short walk from Dalston Junction and Highbury & Islington station, Salut! offers a relaxed take on modern-European food. Savour dishes with an emphasis on local produce as well as sustainably sourced fish and organic vegetables. We provide our guests with beautifully crafted dishes, with a passion to share our curiosity and love of modern European food.

So if you’re looking for a beautiful spot for Week Night Dinner we can now offer our "Carte Blanche" menu where you can choose 2 or 3 courses from our full dinner menu at £35 for 2 or £42 for 3 courses.

This is a lovely restaurant with a chilled atmosphere plus amazing food and service. I brought my parents here and it was absolutely perfect- it’s getting harder and harder to find a good restaurant that isn’t small plates!! The food was great and the intimate setting beside the chefs gave it a real neighbourhood feel. Will definitely return. Thank you!

Seriously one of the most underrated spots in London. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD good. My dad said it was the best Chateaubriand he’s ever had!!! We will keep telling everyone we know about this place!

This was such a lovely experience. Elegant. Superb service. Utterly delicious food. Relaxed and welcoming. All those should be a given at any business in the hospitality trade. Sadly so rare these days to find even one of those elements. I warmly recommend. And I am very difficult to please!

Outstanding restaurant with the intimacy of being in a Michelin test kitchen. Martin, the chef gave us personal recommendations and the server was warm and wonderful. The food was inventive, original and extremely delicious. We also appreciated the fact that the restaurant was cozy and quiet enough to have a conversation without straining. The ambiance was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back!

It was my first visit and I was very impressed by the whole experience. Such a pleasure to be able to hear friends across the table. Restaurant was full. Service was good and staff excellent at discreetly appearing to clear after each course. Personally when I go again I will just do the two course option because the portions are generous! Our friend whose birthday was being celebrated was treated to a special desert and candle! Lovely touch!

Our favorite place to stop for dinner when we're in the London area once or twice a year. Started as a wedding anniversary visit a couple of years ago and we were so happy with the owner/chef/food that we keep returning. We get the chateaubriand for two, and it's fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and cooked, au jus and potatoes, with a fresh salad. The bread before dinner was perfect and the recommended wine to pair with the meal has converted my wife into an enjoyer of red wine...but only here. Great little restaurant for a couples dinner or special event.

We love this restaurant. We come here as often as we can. The service is absolutely first rate. My wife has a garlic allergy and they provide a tailored menu with all garlic items highlighted. The food is excellent and the chateaubriand is one of the best I have eaten. It's always best to book as even on quiet days this restaurant can be relatively full.
