"Boasting an intimate dining experience, Salut! is a Modern European restaurant in Islington that offers casual yet fine dining food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Watch your dish being prepared in the open kitchen, from the warm and comfortable dining room with wooden tables and vintage furnishings.

A short walk from Dalston Junction and Highbury & Islington station, Salut! offers a relaxed take on modern-European food. Savour dishes with an emphasis on local produce as well as sustainably sourced fish and organic vegetables. Went for a Sunday lunch and it was totally delicious, one of the best I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this restaurant

We had an amazing evening with friends celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. The food was tremendous beautifully cooked with amazing flavours I particularly liked the venison. We had some great wines and cheeses. The service all night was exceptional. Thank you

Lovely Sunday lunch with my wife and a friend. Attentive but discreet service. Excellent wine and lovely food. Very recommended

Wonderful family meal for six on a Sunday lunchtime. Wine was really good too. Will go again for sure.

My partner and I had a great time at Salut and will surely be back. We went for a full vegan and a seafood menu and we were both really pleased with our choices! Mussels and cod were super fresh and juicy! Also the cauliflower steak was delicious!
