Northern Italy’s rustic charm and Miami’s vibrancy meets genuine fare: a no-fuss dining spot that guests can enjoy often with a core set of delicious dishes complemented by daily specials that leave one wanting more.

Salumeria 104 is a rustic, trattoria-style restaurant serving signature salumi dishes (artisan Italian cured meats) and traditional, house made Italian classics prepared with the finest, freshest ingredients.

Chef & Co-Owner Angelo Masarin is intent on creating dishes inspired by his childhood, such as the ones his grandmother taught him. The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients as well as a variety of imported salumi that is exclusive to Salumeria 104 to dine in or purchase by the pound.

Salumaria has become our second home. We are family ! Tonight we started dinner with ricotta stuffed zucchini flowers that were perfectly prepared and so delicious. The lasagna is my favourite dish. Always light fluffy and so good. Every pasta dish is so beautifully prepared with lots of TLC. The vast selection of desserts makes it hard to decide. But they are all so good. We’ll miss our friends especially Davide but look forward to returning again next winter to our best dining spot in Miami. Thank you Salumaria 104. We’ll see you next season. Debbi. 🫂

We are now family at Salumaria 104. From the warm greeting to to outstanding attention from our server David’s, we once again had a terrific evening. The Caesar salad is one of the best in Miami, & the tender yummy fried calamari is a must. I love the lasagna and any pasta choice always proves to be delicious. The cherry gelato was great. We love this place and will be back again real soon. Don’t miss having a delicious dinner at our favourite go to restaurant. Thanks again for a truly amazing evening. Debbi

We brought friends for their 1st time at Salumaria. They LIVED EVERYTHING ! As always dinner was wonderful from the warm welcome attentive service, well spaced courses and Salvatore was amazing. So professional, helpful & he made dinner fun. Thanks again for a special evening. Debbi 💕
