Salumeria 104 is a rustic, trattoria-style restaurant serving signature salumi dishes (artisan Italian cured meats) and traditional, house made Italian classics prepared with the finest, freshest ingredients.

Chef & Co-Owner Angelo Masarin is intent on creating dishes inspired by his childhood, such as the ones his grandmother taught him. The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients as well as a variety of imported salumi that is exclusive to Salumeria 104 to dine in or purchase by the pound.

We celebrated our friends birthday on a Saturday afternoon at Salumeria 104 in Coral Gables and it was a magnificent experience. The restaurant is nicely decorated and cozy. The service was impeccable. Our server, I think her name was Matilde was constantly come around to make sure we were ok, provided us with options from the menu and even asked if it was a special occasion that we were celebrating. She was on point with everything. Their Miami Spice menu was perfect for some of us, so a few of us went with that. The insalata bietola was delicious, it consists of beets, arugula, goat cheese, bresaola, black olives, toasted pistachio, lemon dressing. The carpaccion di manzo was also very good and presented so nicely. The Branzino was perfectly cooked broiled fillet, with a pistachio and asparagus cream, served with asparagus. The Taglietelle bolognese was delicious, the pasta is homemade and you can taste it! The fettuccini nere was delectable! Black ink fettuccine, wild caught shrimp, and pesto sauce. One ordered it with shrimp, the other without. Either way it was delicious. Dessert was their pistachio gelato which was also perfection! We enjoyed every single thing so much we asked for the chef to come to our table so we could personally thank and congratulate him for such an amazing job! Giancarlo came by our table a few times, which made the experience even more pleasurable, learning about his experience and knowledge. They have a nice wine selection as well. We will definitely be returning to Salumeria 104 and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience at Salumeria 104. The ambience is inviting, the waiters and chef go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the food is delicious. It is an authentic Italian eatery. Faccio i miei complimenti allo chef!!!! Buon appetito!

Good was not as good as expected. Pasta was chewy and ravioli were dry. The dessert - choco sausages were good as well as the main dish - branzino.

We love this restaurant! Our servers Sadie & Julio are fantastic. Mario, the manager is always looking out for the customers. Chef GianCarlo’s creations are delicious - tonight’s chicken Parmesan was so good that we ordered another one to go! And the Chef goes around to customer’s tables to get their feedback - how refreshing! Another memorable experience tonight

Most authentic Italian cuisine I have tried outside of Italy. I loved how all the other diners were talking Italian among them as well as with the waitress. I was transported to Italy. Will definitely be back
