Salumeria 104 is a rustic, trattoria-style restaurant serving signature salumi dishes (artisan Italian cured meats) and traditional, house made Italian classics prepared with the finest, freshest ingredients.

Chef & Co-Owner Angelo Masarin is intent on creating dishes inspired by his childhood, such as the ones his grandmother taught him. The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients as well as a variety of imported salumi that is exclusive to Salumeria 104 to dine in or purchase by the pound.

As always the food and the service was excellent!! Sadie, our waiter, was so helpful and patient!! One of the best servers I’ve ever had ANYWHERE!

Good was not as good as expected. Pasta was chewy and ravioli were dry. The dessert - choco sausages were good as well as the main dish - branzino.

We love this restaurant! Our servers Sadie & Julio are fantastic. Mario, the manager is always looking out for the customers. Chef GianCarlo’s creations are delicious - tonight’s chicken Parmesan was so good that we ordered another one to go! And the Chef goes around to customer’s tables to get their feedback - how refreshing! Another memorable experience tonight

Most authentic Italian cuisine I have tried outside of Italy. I loved how all the other diners were talking Italian among them as well as with the waitress. I was transported to Italy. Will definitely be back

Siamo stati già due volte, e ancora riconfermiamo che questa trattoria italiana si mangia davvero da dio. Ma sta volta abbiamo scelto gli speciali del giorno . Pinsa dello chef e spaghetti ai frutti di mare . Tiramisù senza parole . Servizio delicato e familiare, bravi ragazzi . Ci fate sentire come a casa.
