Very much enjoyed our dinner! I gave the food 4/5 stars only because a couple of dishes lacked flavor…particularly the cacio e pepe. Serving in the cheese wheel is fun, but the dish gets a little dry with so much cheese and also loses the temperature before it hits the table. The service was great, and our experience overall was wonderful. We will definitely return!

I’ve been wanting to try Salumeria 104 since it opened. I’ve heard mixed reviews and now I understand why. The location and ambiance are great. I highly recommend requesting the back room for a quieter experience. The bar area in the front room is very lively. The drink service was extremely slow. Our wine arrived after our appetizers and we had ordered our drinks well before our food order was taken. Same with our second round. It took over 20 minutes and a reminder to get our refills. Our coffee never came yet made its way to the bill. I thought the food was good, but could be better with larger portions you’d expect from an authentic Italian restaurant.

Our dinners at Salumaria are always fabulous and no disappointment last night. The Branzino was perfectly prepared and delicious. Its a go to dish at a go to spot for us.

It was a very lively place. We had reservations but wasn’t seated for 20-25 minutes after our set time. The food was really good fresh Italian. It would have been nice if our waiter checked on us a little more but overall he was accommodating and polite.

We were sat 25 minutes late for our reservation. Server was slow to bring drinks and would be gone 20 minutes at a time. As if this wasn’t bad enough food came out luke warm. But by the time we were finally served we just ate it because we were hungry. Of all the restaurants to choose from at the beaches, very doubtful we will return to this one, Salumeria. Have eaten there several times in the past and it’s been hit or miss. But too many misses now. Won’t be returning. Poorly run restaurant for “fine” dining.
