Beautiful experience enjoyed with friends looking out at nighttime San Remo. Wonderful service and extremely happy about attention to special food requests. Will definitely be back

Earliest booking on Open Table was 2.30pm Sunday. Arrived at 2:15pm to 1/4 full (at best). Ordered drinks and meal and was asked if we wanted entree to come before main (yes, we did). Halfway through entree, the mains came out. Finished entrees, wings and mussels, but plates with shells/bones remined for whole meal. Requested another side plate (by this time more people had left the restaurant) and waited 5 minutes before getting up and walking to bar to ask again. We eat here semi regularly and love the location, and the food is really nice. The menu sems to have been the same for a while but we can always find something we like. The Saltwater branded red wine is fantastic. It is just a pity that poor (not rude) service can bring a meal down like it did.

We went to Saltwater on Father's Day 2024 so an extremely busy time at lunch. But cannot fault them. The service was fantastic whenever we needed something we could see someone to ask and they helped out immediately. The service was fabulous the food was great it arrived quickly. The Woodfire pizzas are a must! We will be back definitely.

Great service and the food was delicious! Views for days anywhere you sit. Keg room was nice and private, a bit quieter compared to the main seating area.

Everything was great except the service. The food, atmosphere, even the pricing was alright. The individual service attendants were great, however the overall service was at times questionable. First our "reserved" table had been given to another party, requiring us to wait for it to come available. Second, it took a long time to for someone to take our order. next, our starters included a pizza and no napkins. A chicken parma.... but no chips. It was busy however the booking system should have pre-empted the staff required. I will come again and I can only hope things will be better.

A great dissapointing on the service system, me and my boyfriend had waited for an hour and a half for the food though we did book a table 3 days earlier. And we arrived on time, and recieved the response “our table is not available now”. Overall, the food is fine. But to me, I barely think to come here again.

Second time at Saltwater and overall a lovely night out.Last time we dined I requested Poke Bowl with salt and pepper squid and it wasn’t a problem, this time it was so I went with the chicken option. Certainly not the same Poke bowl as last time and the chicken was stone cold so I’m assuming it was pre done in fridge. It was ok, our garlic cheese pizza for a starter was sensational and everyone else’s meals were great too. Good service , drinks and atmosphere amazing. So I’ll try something other than the Poke Bowl next time ! Won’t deter us from going back
