Saltwater Fishery is a locally owned restaurant offering fresh seafood and steak in Dublin, GA. Our Partners wanted to bring the feel of the coast and the taste of the low country to Dublin. The ambiance within the restaurant alone is worth seeing and experiencing. Saltwater Fishery also offers a rooftop bar better known as the Flybridge as a place to come relax while enjoying cocktails underneath the palm trees. Dance the night away on Friday and Saturday nights with live music on the stage . Food from the Tiki Hut is also available on the Flybridge. We provide our guests with a great place to come eat, drink, and relax with family and friends. Come check us out, you'll see we're not just a great restaurant with amazing food, cocktails and a rooftop bar, but a destination you can't wait to come visit again and bring your friends. Hidden gem and wonderful food; however late lunch took 45 min with difficulty communicating w the waitress. She messed up several times on simple requests. Also misrepresented the published prices on soups and side dishes but in the end, manager made it right.

Everything we have tried a Saltwater Fishery has been very good. It’s nice to have a good seafood restaurant in our area. Service has always been wonderful, the servers are all smiles and very informative. I also love that we can make a reservation and don’t have to wait. I would highly recommend Saltwater Fishery.

Our family went here for Easter brunch… the food was fabulous - Something for everyone! Ashley, our server, could’ve been more attentive - definitely a place we can’t wait to go back to! Sharing with all my friends now! Trish Savannah, Ga.

All four of us enjoyed our food! Everything was great: the appetizers (oysters), cocktails (old-fashioned, martini, Moscow mule), entrees (I had the shrimp and scored flounder), desserts-key lime pie, and the service too! We’ll definitely be back!
