Brunch is served from 9am - 3pm. Choose from a selection of delicious menu items from lighter bites to more substantial plates and barista coffee.

Dinner is served daily from 5pm. The PROM Restaurant offers classic Irish cuisine with a modern twist.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Kindly note, we have launched a new parking scheme at Salthill Hotel. Food and beverage guests will receive up to two hours of complimentary parking from the time they have entered. After two hours, parking will cost €3 per hour. To validate parking, the guest must produce a receipt from the hotel to the staff.

Didn't think enough options but then was really happy with our food choices for all courses..very tasty and nice size portions

New Year’s Eve menu was on the Food was amazing and our waiter was so nice will definitely be going again

I would like to note that this restaurant has a very high level of service, excellent food, large portions and very friendly staff. I celebrated my birthday and they brought me a bowl with ice cream and a candle to congratulate me on my birthday! It was so nice and pleasant! The place is very clean and very nice, good serving. My young man and I were very surprised and very happy because we chose such a great place to spend our birthday. Gorgeous view of the ocean in Galway City. I highly recommend this place for celebrations and just relaxing at the bar on a hot or cold day with a glass of some delicious cocktails. And since we do not drink alcohol, we ordered non-alcoholic cocktails and I was very surprised because they were very tasty.

The service was completely haphazard. The manager apologized to us several times about the poor service - which didn’t improve. It wasn’t even busy.

The restaurant was not busy but it is a hotel in low season so to be expected. The servers were friendly and we were hopeful for a lovely evening with family. The first red flag was that the chef would only serve the beef pink. My husband requested for it to be med-well done and the chef refused! So much for the customer always being right…my husband had the chicken instead. After a lovely main course I was hassled by the staff to order desert as the restaurant was closed at 9pm, on a Saturday night. We had to finish our wine in the bar…Not the staffs fault but management and chef have a very unusual approach to their business. Disappointing we won’t be back. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Food very good.Service poor.Ordwred wine but didn't come.Got main courses and then had to ask again for btl wine.Staff nice but not sure about how,we'll trained they are.
