Booked a booth and was denied, even requested to wait. My husband has a bad back, so sitting in a booth is more comfortable. Service was slow at first after we sat down, which as shocking being that they didn’t seem that busy, but maybe understaffed. Once our waitress came over she was great and very attentive.

Our server tried, she really did. But she had several tables in our area and what I could see as a couple of tables all the way across the other side of the restaurant. I don’t know how many other tables she had. She was professional, polite, friendly, hard-working. Our server took our drink order and I ordered an appetizer at the same time. We were disappointed that she seemed to have forgotten that she never took our orders. The bottom line is that we spent two hours in the restaurant so you can see how long we were waiting to be served and for food. Definitely not Landry’s standards. There were two separate managers that I observed. They were friendly and attentive. I noticed them helping to serve food and taking food orders. The food was delicious as always, and a good value for the dollar paid.

Our server was just not good. She came to our table rarely, and left multiple times before the whole table was done ordering. Then she brought out the kids meals first (amazing! I thought) but then 40 mins went by before the adult meals came, and she admitted that she never put our ticket in. The manager did come over to apologize, but did not offer us anything. Now, honestly, I was expecting her to at least offer something. Since we were sitting there with kids who were more than done with both their meals and being there and wanted to go home. But the adults didn’t even get their entrees. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Our server, Kenzie, was great. Overall the food was very good. They do have a gluten free menu and bread, if you ask for it. The bread was good but dried out very fast because they heat it in the microwave. Next time, I'll ask if it can just be heated under a warmer.

A grand tasting with grand results…. The two of us are not afraid to take leftovers home, so we always order way more than we can eat, which means we get to do a lot of tasting. This time that included queso brisket and chips, cheese fries, filet mignon three ways, loaded potato soup, and blackened redfish. Everything was really good, and we’re excited to have lots of tasty leftovers at home.

The appetizers that were ordered came out lukewarm but our entrees were good. The Mac and cheese was cold also.

Highly recommend, great food some of the best steak I’ve had in comparison to the bigger steakhouses. This was right up there, and the value was exceptional!
