   Very good will be back every year we come to Lake Buena Vista this is the beginning of one of them places you just have to go to just like twin peaks and Miller ale House

   Our steaks were cooked exactly as we asked, and everything from the steaks, sides, soups, and desserts was incredibly delicious. Dinner at saltgrass is a must every time we visit Orlando.

   Food was fair. Baked potato was not hot. Requested another baked potato. It was the same. Not likely to revisit restaurant.

   We are very disappointed to learn that since we arrive 10 minutes prior to our scheduled reservation the hostess refused to see us. She said we had to wait until our schedule time. I found that a lack of hospitality and it said sad tone for the rest of our evening.

   Covered patio is a great area for dining. Our server was very friendly, attentive and professional. Food was great.

   I've eaten here a couple times. I am a local and the location is in a tourist district. I found the food pretty good and good menu options. What kills it for me is the service - right from the host through the entire meal. The host was clueless - asked multiple times if we had a reservation and we did. The restaurant had about half of the tables open but a pretty good crowd waiting. Once at the table we waited over 20 minutes for any acknowledgement. We witnessed two servers debating over which tables to take. The server said the bar was backed up so be ready to wait for your drink - and the kitchen was even more backed up. And by the way this is my only table in the area but I'll try to keep tabs on you. You should order your entire meal now, he said. Overall we were there about 2 hours!

    Planned a quick family stop for a reasonable steak at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, this location delivered neither as to the adult menu items we selected. For example, the steak (6oz filet) was sub-par quality and severely under-cooked only about 1/3 was consumed. Kids’ meal steak did hit the mark - decent steak for decent price. Appetizer was served simultaneously with the main course. Drinks were slow to be refilled. And, the order took 26 minutes to arrive, which is obviously boarding on unreasonable. The GM, at my request, did stop at our table and took care of the misses with a credit to the bill, which is good. But, really, I’d rather have just had a good meal instead.
