Our server was the worst! 2 hours and we finally got bread and hour plus until we got our drinks (water and tea). Never got food in 2 hours so we talked to manager and left.

we had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive. The food was very good, and know that portions can be large. It was more than I can eat and I’m a big guy. . The ribs could easily be shared between two people. Great location and you can easily walk over to the grand old Opry after dinner.

Excellent service, delicious steaks as always! Told them it was my son's 18th birthday but they did not offer anything complimentary. Oh well...

We had a later reservation (7:45pm) and didn’t realize that the restaurant closed at 8pm! I felt badly for making staff stay, but why are there reservations up until 8pm when they close? Bummed we didn’t get bread because of our later timeframe. Food was good though!

The steak was like bubble gum. Our waitress did run bys at our table. Never got my salad with my steak. We would have to run her down to tell her anything. When she said it didn’t cost anything anyway it went with the meal. My cup of coffee came in a dirty cup. Something orange stuck inside and outside of cup. Waitress did not care at all about her job nor us as customers. So so disappointed. Brought a baby and family two hours for the Grand Ole Opry experience. Saltgrass big let down!

Service was slow and steaks were over cooked. Seems to be a theme here at this location.

I had high hopes for this restaurant based on reviews from OT when booking. My family and I wanted a nice dinner before catching a show at the Opry. Upon arrival the restaurant looked nice and had a great Nashville vibe. They seemed very understaffed for 6pm on a Monday. The server took approx. 10 minutes greet us and get us drinks. He was very friendly and was engaging, but seemed new. The food was very underwhelming. My Oscar topping arrived cold and inedible. After dinner I asked the family their thoughts and it was unanimous. Meah, not worth the money spent, much better dinner spot close. I would venture to say we will not be returning.

Sean was a great waiter! The filet was so tender and delicious, we were celebrating our granddaughters 9th birthday and they had someone taking pictures to purchase so that was nice for us to have that to remember her special day!
