We had a group of 18 with two servers and they did a phenomenal job! They made it seem so easy. And were Very attentive. They seated us in a side room that was semi private allowing for gray conversation that everyone could hear! It was a great birthday gathering!

We hadn't been to eat here in a very long time, and we were pleasantly surprised.. food was good, service was good and the prices were very reasonable! We'll be back.

Staff was busy with quite the bi Sunday afternoon crowd. Food and drinks came out quick, a few ordered items were missing but the staff responded quickly. Quiet enough to have a conversation. Always our ‘go to’ steak house

We frequent this Saltgrass often. The food is always great and the service usually solid. These last two times we have had the same server and he is extremely rude and not cut out to be a server. He is arrogant. He is not friendly. He acts like you’re putting him out when you ask for anything. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to come by our table. We finally caught Jasmine the manager who was awesome. She immediately went back to the kitchen and yelled TABLE 33! Meaning someone needs to help us while she got us water. Our waiter didn’t care and went to two other tables first. Then he came over and was rude. Jasmine, the other manager there and everyone else were awesome. Our waiter was terrible. We will frequent this location again, but we do not want to have this server ever again. He is a huge detriment to this establishment.

Quality of food has gone downhill. My “medium” chopped steak was burnt, toppings were sparse and flavorless. Potatoes had a metallic taste. Service is so slow (even to acknowledge us and take a drink order), and cocktails are brought after the meal has started because they rush the meal once they finally get to you, and the bar is notoriously slow. I want to enjoy my drink before dinner, not with or after, and it feels like the want to get you out the door asap which is ironic considering how long they take even starting service. We will not go back.
