I thought the entire staff did an outstanding job on New Year’s Eve. We knew it was going to be busy, so we just went with the flow and enjoyed our time together. The host and hostess worked their tails off trying to get people sat in a timely manner. I am sure the kitchen staff was overwhelmed due to the made dash of people between 6pm-8pm. I do want to give a shout out to Brandon, our server. What an outstanding young man! Courteous, attentive, personable, friendly, thoughtful, thorough, and down right hospitable. He made our evening very delightful!! It has been a long time since we have been to Saltgrass. We will make it a point to go there more in the future.

Unfortunately kitchen got in dump and shut down. Tables left with out people sat to give kitchen chance to recover. Reservation at 645 got sat after 730. Not prepared , for new years rush

Food was good. Service was good. But even though we made a reservation, our table was 10 feet from both the kitchen door and restrooms - we had to stop talking every time the kitchen door opened because of the noise. I know somebody has to get the worst table in the house, but maybe the couple who walked in just ahead of us with no reservation could have gotten the table by the toilets instead of a cozy booth.

Seated as soon as we walked in. Reagan provided excellent service. The steaks were cooked medium rare, as requested. They were great. We will be back.

We made reservations for Thanksgiving day... the restaurant was packed when we arrived, but we were seated only 15 minutes after our scheduled time. However, the traditional Thanksgiving meal they advertised was not to be... all gone. That was disappointing. Our server's name was Rudy and he was amazing. They were so busy, but he got everything exactly right and he kept those coffee cups FULL! So, so NOISY, though.

The hostess at Saltgrass on October 2nd. seated us in the dining area, but then we sat there & no one ever waited on us for 15 minutes! Then we found out who our waiter or waitress was supposed to be: the hostess! She finally waited on us, but she didn’t check on us after we got our food & didn’t come back in a timely manner to see if we needed anything else or if we wanted a dessert. Very disappointing, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, & I had added a note to my Open Table reservation that the dinner reservation was to celebrate it!

I reserved this location for my Mom’s 70th birthday celebration. Making the reservation was easy (and they were very understanding when we were running a few minutes behind) and the dining room server was attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner, was tasty, and accurate. My mom was so happy…thank you so much!
