Excellent steak house experience! Our party of 4 had ribeye, sirloin, chicken sandwich, and loaded potato soup with nachos and queso. All was complimented and completed with great satisfaction.

This is our second time visiting this location and this visit was vastly better. The waitress, Jodi, was amazing. She was fast, attentive, and polite. Her service was perfectly timed. We never waited for a single dish. From entrance to leaving, our meal took 35 minutes and was perfect. The only drawback was the steak was overcooked. However, everything was delicious.

The server was the best part of going to this location. Major kudos to the staff that do the best they can and keep a smile on their faces. Steaks were beyond charred. They were burnt. Due to some ridiculous notion that everything in TX is spicy, they put spice on everything including the breading for the fried mushrooms. The asparagus was thin and not worth the price of a side. The loaded fries were decent, great Moscato, mixed drinks were strong. Everything else was a disaster right down to the tea flavored water that was served as brewed sweet tea. $200 for 4 people and the leftovers aren't worth saving. We went on. Monday during dinner. Making my steaks at home from now on.

Everything was good except my steak was extremely fatty. There was a huge ribbon of fat it it that I almost couldn’t cut thru, I know the chef had to have seen that before cooking it.

It was a great choice for us while staying at a hotel nearby. Our steaks were very good. Would have liked to see them served with choice of two sides instead of just one. Would definitely return.

This is hit & miss most the time it’s a hit Friday night not so much! Service was slow & not great, forgot our shrimp & steak overdone! Oh well that’s typical I guess! I think they can do better for sure!

Not real satisfied with Saltgrass this time. I ordered an 8oz sirloin, it came out not warm at all. The bake potato was hot. The guy came over and asked if everything came out ok. I told him about the steak,he asked if I wanted to have it recooked. I told him no I will eat it cold. He didn’t seem to concerned about what I said. The service wasn’t the best either.probably won’t be going back,we have been there about 10;times since they opened,worst night.
