Made a reservation on whim not knowing anything about the place other than a good Yelp reviews. Pleasantly surprised! Really good high end steakhouse. French onion soup was amazing. Fresh oysters on the half shell. Perfect! Porterhouse for 2 cooked to perfection. Service was outstanding and very knowledgeable about everything on the menu even the wine. We will be back!!

Best steak restaurant in Connecticut by far... Definitely give it a shot. Filet and Tomahawk are perfectly done. 10/10.

Tender flavorful steak. Excellent drinks, loved the Green Velvet Dessert Martini. Wedge salad was fantastic and so was the Mac n cheese and asparagus. Our server Dan was attentive and personalable. Definitely will be back.

**Restaurant Review: Saltbrick Prime** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The ambiance is both sophisticated and inviting. Our 55 day aged sirloin was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The variety of sauces offered was a fantastic touch, allowing us to customize our steak. The wine list at Saltbrick Prime offered great options. With the help of our fabulous bartender, we found the perfect pairing for our meal. We can't wait to return!

A first-class experience. When the food is this good, it's worth the cost. This is well thought-through experience and nicely executed. We will return often.

Our server was absolutely fantastic. Younger gentleman, lively, helpful, adorable! We had fun with him! He was professional and personable at the same time! Our steak, the cowboy for two was supposed to be medium rare and came out closer to rare/seared. Cold red center. A little too rare even for me. We had ZERO issues sending it back and they seared it for us more, in an extremely timely manner. I just don’t prefer the taste of reheated meat. Personal issue. We didn’t really eat any more of it after that. We wrapped it because it was a whole steak. Not their fault. Out appetizers were great. Drinks good. Popovers amazing! All in all I will try it again. I should have admitted the steak wasn’t to our liking, but it’s not the fault of our waiter. He was MORE than accommodating! He made the experience one we will try again!
