Music was too loud and not fit for a steakhouse. Music should be softer and more subtle. Music made dining experience much less enjoyable. Shrimp cocktail and oysters were excellent. Prime rib and aged ribeye were very good but not excellent. Whoopie pie was not typical and not that good. Sorbet was very good. Type of music should change to softer background music, not loud contemporary rock.

We were all delighted with our dinners, service, ambiance and entire evening! We arrived before 5:00 p.m. and indulged in Salt Brick Prime’s 3-Course Price Fix Menu. Jumbo shrimp cocktail, Wedge Salad, Filet Mignon w/asparagus and tasty desserts. Delicious food, quick service and again, Kevin was our server. He is excellent!!! The best!! We’ll be back soon too! CK

The food and service were good it lacked the feel of the traditional steak houses that I've been too, Some dimmer lighting and a better choice of background music would change the feel, but still a good evening.

We had dinner for my husband’s birthday for our first visit at Saltbrick. The decor is awesome and so unique. We all love the cool “cooler” front door! The waiter we had was great; so personable, checked on us but not too much and was very knowledgeable about the drink and dinner menu. We brought our 14 Month old and everyone was very sweet to her. The food was great just noticed the steak and toppings we ordered were a bit salty. Drink I had was delicious. And the desserts were even better! Especially the perk of in-house made cotton candy with the bill! Will definitely be back.

The service was very good. The only opportunity that I observed was the cooking of my steak. I ordered a filet cooked medium rare and he was served medium. It made for a dry piece of beef.

Great food and service. The dry aged ribeye was fantastic. Prices are average and fare for a higher end, ala cart steakhouse. It's nice to have a decent steakhouse 10 minutes away ,instead of having to go to casino or city.

I shared a salad with my husband and ordered a steak and a baked potato which were served barely warm, no drinks or dessert and my portion of the bill was over $100. At this rate I expect something exceptional. This meal was mediocre at best.
