Salt Yard is an award-winning charcuterie bar and restaurant serving modern tapas inspired by the flavours and produce of Spain and Italy.

The tapas are complemented by charcuterie and cheese boards and we have a wide selection of excellent wines and sherries. Flexibility is key to Salt Yard. Customers can enjoy a full spread of tapas: or come in simply for a glass of red wine and a plate of cheese, a coffee and a delicious pudding, or even just a perfect martini and a handful of Marcona almonds.

Located in central London – a two minute walk from Goodge St tube station and a five minute walk from Oxford Circus – we are perfectly placed for a business lunch, a pre-theatre meal or a night out with friends.

Platter only has 2 cheeses and one was just a hard rind. Patatas Bravas was dry and chewy and lacked taste.

The food we had was delicious and the person who served us was helpful and friendly. It's a cosy and comfortable venue but we were somewhat surprised by the permanent scowl on the face of one of the staff who 'greeted us' (not the person served us). He must have been having a very bad day.

Delicious food. Not the cheapest but well worth the money for the experience and ambience. A great date location.

Second of the Salt Yard restaurants we’ve visited in recent times having stumbled across Opera in Covent Garden a few months ago and been impressed by the food. As it was my wife’s birthday I booked Salt Yard and we were equally impressed. Whilst the layout of the tables upstairs is pretty snug, the food, drinks & service were faultless and we had a memorable evening. Would heartily recommend if you’re a foodie as the tapas are exceptional and we’ll undoubtedly return. The complimentary glass of bubbles upon arrival a lovely touch too.

Salt Yard is a lively tapas bar with seriously delicious food. The casual ambiance doesn't prepare one for the quality and creativity of the dishes. The service is friendly and professional, and there are some interesting wines. It's a pity that the noise level detracts somewhat from the overall experience, but the food is too good to miss.

Another great dinner at Salt Yard. Spoilt for choice with the menu- we could have ordered all of it, but everything we did order was delicious. Highly recommend
