After having booked several days in advance advising of our voucher we were advised upon arrival (after having ordered and started our wine) that some seafood items that should be on our platter were not available. This was a massive disappointment but after speaking to the manager he rapidly and courteously overcome the issue with some alternatives and a goodwill gesture for the disappointment. Understanding that all service industries can encounter issues which directly impact on the customer it is how those situations are handle and overcome that is important, which in our case was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was amazing and my wife and I will definitely return.
