"Mammoths & saber-tooth tigers once roamed these lands in search of their rich salts. Paleo-Indians hunted, farmed and raised families here because of the salt springs. Early settlers named their town Saline after the salt springs, and now in this stunning +120 year-old former church, so does this brewery.

Salt Springs Brewery offers lovingly crafted & locally sourced food, true-to-style ales, wine, cider, and craft cocktails. Located in the heart of Saline, complete with an outdoor Biergarten and main dining room filled with the original stained from 1899, Salt Springs Brewery will quench your thirst and nourish your soul."

Service was top notch! We went to celebrate our daughters’ birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a great and fun experience. We’ll definitely be back!!

There were 7 in our party for Sunday brunch. We were seated in the small area on the first floor which was perfect for the children and adults. Several of our family members have celiac disease and they often delicious gluten free options. Our food and service and the ambience was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Took my husband and friends there for their first time. Our server was excellent and our meals were 1st class.

I was there for the dinner and beer pairing. Everything was amazing. Would highly recommend. I will be back for another event.

We went to the beer tasting/pairing at Salt Springs and it was excellent. The food was delicious and nice portions. The beer paired to the food was on the spot perfect. The price was a little high but it did include taxes and tips.

This was our first food pairing event and it was fabulous. We loved the menu items and the beers paired with each course. The staff explained the background and unique aspects of each course. What a wonderful experience.

Typically I've had a good experience but I've only gone for brunch. Went to dinner for the first time with my friend and it wasn't crazy. busy. Our waitress took a little time to greet us. We asked for a couple minutes to decide but almost 30 min went by and she was nowhere to be found. We ended up giving our order to another waitress. Our waitress came back to give her excuse that she was "filling ice" but that's not my problem. I've worked in a restaurant and it doesn't take that long and when you have a table that is waiting to order you need to do better time management. I would have let that slide but our appetizer never came. Then they put it in and it came out after we were already done with our entrees AND it was burnt after all that. We never really got the oh I'm sorry and she barley checked on us. One of my meals was also disgusting and I couldn't even send it back bc everything else was going wrong I felt bad. When it came to getting the bill nothing was done on the servers end and she never got a manager when knowingly all these mistakes happened.
