Salt Rock Grill is a legendary beach landmark that has a burning passion for delectable food, enticing drink & pleasurable surroundings. Known for our hand cut U.S.D.A prime & choice grade beef, fresh dayboat caught seafood, raw bar & amazing wine cellar. Salt Rock Grill is the perfect choice for an evening of fine dining, superior service & genuine hospitality. Located in Indian Shores overlooking the intra-coastal waterway, Salt Rock Grill is your destination.
All of our Steaks are hand cut U.S.D.A. Prime or Choice Grade Beef from top midwestern feeders. We age them four to six weeks in our in-house temperature controlled aging room to develop maximum flavor and tenderness. Then we grill them over our natural oak and citrus wood pit fire. You won't find a better steak. Our chefs have developed partnerships with local fisherman and companies that provided us with fresh dayboat caught seafood selections from our gulf waters and beyond.     Sat at 8pm. Placed our entire order all at once at 820. By 915 none of our food was served. The waiter never put our order in until 850. Never brought my drink I ordered. So for one hour we sat there with bread and tap water.

    The service was great . The food was very good. Had a nice table with dock and water view. Very satisfied with my visit.

    The food, besides the salad was excellent. The salad was warm and limpy. Good value but a bit noisy.

    The waiter rushed us through the meal. Bringing our entree 5 min after the salad and apps. Then asked us 3 times whether we were finished. Had us in and out in about 30 min. Also my salad was brown and wilted and came with no dressing.

    We are locals who proudly bring our out of town guests, holiday parties and local friends - about 8 to 10 times a year. A lovely place for special occasions. This trip (yesterday) was the first time everything wasn't all 5 stars... we are sure this is an anomaly and highly recommend it for any special meal w special friends.

    Absolutely excellent! Best filet I’ve ever had! And the apple pie was soooo good! Tommy was an excellent server.

    Clean, modern restaurant on the Intracoastal Waterway with fresh seafood and steaks. Upbeat staff and vibe. Entrees well prepared and tasty with adequate portions. Server provided helpful menu suggestions. Good location for special occasions.
