Had a wonderful brunch at Salt. Nice selection of brunch foods including about the best eggs benedict I ever had. Lunch menu also available for those who want sandwiches, salads, burgers, etc. Attentive staff and you can't beat dining by the water on a warm September day.

Amazing food. I had the seafood risotto and my wife had the Caribbean salmon. We both loved our dinners. The coconut shrimp appetizer was great. The waiter was super friendly and accomodating. First time here, and would definitely come back to try more menu options. Loved it. Very nice place for an anniversary dinner.

Never disappoints and added perk when it’s a beautiful night out ! Great food, Waite staff, drinks and end with a vanilla ice cream Sunday night enough for 2 made night complete! Highly recommend

Excellent outdoor setting on the water in Merrick overlooking Merrick Inlet and the local dockyards. Food is plentiful, well-prepared and fresh.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had reservations and were seated right away. Server was on pointe with recommendations. Loved the strawberry salad, hot lobster roll and risotto cooked right. It was a lovely day making the ambiance perfection. Would definitely recommend.

We had high hopes for this place. In town for a wedding. This venue has GREAT views, and the sunset was spectacular. Food was terrible. I mean, TERRIBLE. We started with the NE Clam Chowder. Very vinegary- and not a clam in site. Worst chowder we have ever had. EVER. Moved to Burrata, and Lobster Mac and Cheese. So bland. Burrata does not come with bread or crackers, and very under seasoned. If the Lobster was not in the Mac and Cheese, this dish would have been a Kraft box. Entrees- 1) Swordfish - very thin portion. Swordfish should ALWAYS be an inch thick. This was about 1/4 inch. Very underwhelming. Came with a CHUNK of hummus that looked and tasted like cat food. 2) Caesar salad with grilled shrimp - how can you mess this up? Croutons were from a grocery store bag. For the price they should have been homemade, and the dressing was WEAK! Not at all creamy. 3) Parpadelle Pasta with Short Rib. - NO FLAVOR. All around a very disappointing meal. We grew up in New England and were SO looking forward to a great seafood meal. I don’t know how it stays in business. If you want a cocktail and a great view, this is the place to go. But make dinner reservations elsewhere. It was an incredibly bad experience for the price.

Poor recognition for a birthday celebration. Another table also celebrating was served with a cake and burning catalog with the staff singing Happy Birthday. Very disappointed

We said last night we can’t believe that we have not been here yet after living in westbury for 5 years! We will be back for sure! Excellent food, excellent vibes, excellent staff!
