Food and atmosphere was great but our service was not great. We had to ask multiple times for anything, we were misquoted on corkage fees, drinks were never refilled, and we rarely saw our server and the place was half empty. The live music was too loud and the singer wasn't very good. The saving grace was we spoke to the manager and she was so kind and helpful to try to remedy the situation. Not sure we'll be back and we were so excited to come after the remodel.

Fantastic local spot we often go to. The food is great and love the ambiance. We just love Ali at the bar. He makes the best cocktails and he is always friendly and welcoming! Hands down the best bartender around!

Terrible parking, too much reserved for valet so we were forced to park valet because self park lot was full at 6pm. Service was very slow and inexperienced. Delicious chowder and tortilla soup. Seared ahi was drowned in very salty soy sauce. Bluefin meal was exactly the same presentation as ahi appetizer also drowned in salty soy sauce. Not looking good for new ownership business. I hope they can adapt and improve.

Dinner was amazing and the ambience is perfect. Our server Chelsea was so sweet and really made my mom’s birthday special.

The service was not good at all which was such a bummer. The food was over priced for what it was. $16 for a kids meal is a bit steep. I do love the new kids play area tho!

Wanted to see how the new owners did with a restaurant we used to love. Still a beautiful place and location and we plan to return for brunch but still undecided if this will once again be one of our favorite places. Food was OK, service was OK and it’s increase the prices. We miss the chocolate soufflé

Excellent service, quality food! An old favorite restaurant, made over nicely. It was busier than I've ever seen the restaurant. Very happy expereince at Salt Creek Grille OC. Loved that the menu was scaled back to their all time favorites. We had the rib eyes, which were wonderful and perfectly cooked. Overall great experience. We will definitely be back.

Very poor service and food was just “meh”. Server was not helpful, he forgot a starter completely and the entrees were served as we were eating our salads. After we finished our entrees the server disappeared and the busboys left our plates sitting for 15 minutes. The lichee martini was good. The rib eye was nicely cooked to medium rare however the steak was over salted. The beef stroganoff was ok. I’ve had much better versions elsewhere.
