This was our first time at Salt & Vine since it was renovated from Riciutti's. We were there at 11am and thrilled to find that they had eggs benedict, which were excellent on their "brunch" menu which were not listed on their online menu which has some confusing information on it. The service and food were both really good

Second visit to Salt and Vine, this time for my wife's birthday. A little disappointed that there was no mention made of it, despite telling them in the booking. Food is amazing, especially if you like pasta. I went with the stuffed chicken and loved it. There was so much food that I had to box it and take it home. My wife went with one of the pasta dishes and loved it (also more food than she could eat in one sitting). I feel the ambience of S&V caters well to those who like to sit outside on the terrace, and with a nice warm evening I'm sure it's delightful. We're "in door" people so went with standard seating and being a couple got a small table upstairs. They get a lot of customers and pack the place in, so the intimacy isn't as good as other fine dining establishments. We liked our waiter, although I had to ask for water top ups and replacement cutlery for the main course - something I'd prefer to avoid with the price of the meals. S&V is def an up-market menu, and you pay for it, with a typical cost of appetizer and entree for two reaching the $100 territory. Add drinks and dessert and expect to leave with a $150-$200 bill. Bear in mind, that it's large portion and if you go three courses there's room for leftovers. We'll be back - S&V is definitely a treat for us and reserved for special occasions.

The food is the best in town. We've been here many tomes and have never been disappointed in the quality of the meals. The gelato is the best I've ever had, and I've had gesto from around the world. Been to 6 continents.. This is the best!!

We had a fabulous lunch at Salt & Vine! We were seated outside on the patio and the service was very good. The beet salad with caramelized goat cheese on top was great and I added salmon for protein. The citrus dressing was well paired. I also had the almond cake for dessert and it was not too sweet and had a topping that was toasted and super yummy!

We had two orders of pasta. One had an upcharge of $7 for gluten-free. The portions were small and just fair in quality. I feel the prices are above range for the quality, service, and overall experience. I asked for a house wine and was given a $16 glass. I was surprised.

As usual food was excellent but acoustics in the dining room made conversation nearly impossible. Sadly I am thinking it may not be worth returning. No evidence of any effort at sound abatement.
