   A very disappointing experience for our group. No one was working reception at the restaurant when we arrived. Eventually the bartender tok puty on us and seated us. We waited for about 10 minutes for a server to come by. Our drink orders finally taken but no drinks served for another 20 minutes. While waiting for our drinks the server suggested we order our food. Each of us ordered starters and entrees. Starters arrived one at a time for each of us. First one took about 20 minutes and the next one about another 10 minutes. 3rd starter did not arrive at all and we tracked down our server to follow up. Another 10 minutes or so and the 3rd starter finally arrives. we ask to speak to the manager and explain that the service thus far was horrible. we requested that all mains arrive at the same time. Fortunately they did. Starters were enh (two of us had salads and the third had sushi). the mains were very good. Striploins for two of us and the third had scallops. we ordered sides (kimchi brussel sprouts and fried rice). both were good. Food was VERY expensive and the service charge of 20% was precharged. Will never go back.

   Absolutely loved the dinners here!!! Truly some of the best food we’ve had in a very long time. The flavors are exceptional. The service amazing. The prices are high but truly it is excellent. We ate here three evenings while in town for a convention and loved it each time. Ginger and Paul were super!

   This is the second time that we’ve dined here because we did find it quite pricey- however; you 100% get what you pay for. My husband and I are big steak snobs and we’re both not typically NY strip people, but even after our travels all over the world, we’re happy to say that the best steak we’ve ever had is close to home. We thought maybe the first time we had come, it was a bit of a fluke and maybe we were just really hungry. We paid for the experience with the cocktails- the first time that we came they were not serving alcohol and we still had a great time. Even better now that they’ve obtained their liquor license! We were happy to report that we went back this time to check the quality and consistency and they did not disappoint. The waitress was super nice and remembered us also from their afternoon tea service that we’ve also attended in the past.

   The food and service were spectacular. So delicious. A bit spendy for anything other than a special occasion but worth the splurge.
