An Innovative Mediterranean Asian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner & Sunday afternoon tea service. Located on the main level of Orlando’s ultra elevated ette hotel. The dining space spills out onto a verdant courtyard featuring a linear fountain and fragrant herb garden where guests may enjoy delicacies and indulge in our exclusive dining experience. We ask that guests adhere to a Smart Elegant dress code for adults & kids. Casual attire such as loungewear, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, baseball caps, tennis shoes, running shoes & flip-flops are not permitted.
*Please note our corkage fee policy: there is a two-bottle (wine only) limit per table with a charge of $40 per bottle.

Mia, Paul, and Calan were great. Good lighting. Good music. Good service. Good drinks. Good food. Overall we had no complaints. The dining experience was phenomenal. We love to try out different restaurants for magical dining. Salt and Cellar is our 4th one this year. My wife and I agreed Salt and Cellar was the best magical dining experience thus far!

The NY Strip was phenomenal!! Melts in your mouth! Such a cool restaurant! One of our favorites! Our server Paul was awesome!! Highly recommend!!

Salt and the cellar is a gorgeous restaurant located on the first floor of the ette hotel. We were surprised to see how small the restaurant was, but they definitely make do. It seemed to be a busy night for them, but Mia, Calan, and skye treated us like we were the only ones in the entire building. The music and lighting add a great vibe to the experience. You won’t find better food in Kissimmee!

We had such an exciting night tonight at the ette hotel. We had no idea they had a hidden gem on the first floor. Salt in the cellar was such a unique experience. We were so excited to find out that their new manager (Calan), was my wife and I’s favorite server at a restaurant we use to go to every week in Miami a few years ago Small world!!! When we saw him we knew we were in the right place! Thank you Calan and the rest of the Ette hotel team for a fabulous night out.

I’m inlovee with salt and cellar! Tonight was our first night and we were completely blown away. I can say it’s a very expensive menu but hey, you get what you pay for. Am i right? Honestly, we actually had no idea this place existed until yesterday. Whether you’re local or visiting, we highly recommend!
