An Innovative Mediterranean Asian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner & Sunday afternoon tea service. Located on the main level of Orlando’s ultra elevated ette hotel. The dining space spills out onto a verdant courtyard featuring a linear fountain and fragrant herb garden where guests may enjoy delicacies and indulge in our exclusive dining experience. We ask that guests adhere to a Smart Elegant dress code for adults & kids. Casual attire such as loungewear, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, baseball caps, tennis shoes, running shoes & flip-flops are not permitted.
*Please note our corkage fee policy: there is a two-bottle (wine only) limit per table with a charge of $40 per bottle.

Peter was our server- he was fantastic! Very attentive, personable & knowledgeable about the entire menu. Our kids enjoyed the origami paper that was graciously offered to them, along with the kids menu and Mexican cokes. The tuna pizza, Caesar salad, & eggplant starter were the standout items of our entire meal, which was all so delicious. We will definitely be back!

We were really excited to try this Michelin restaurant and had high expectations. Sadly, we were seated in the overflow area in the lobby next to the elevators. The $25 Cesar salad was literally a full Romain heart with dressing over it. The filet was average at best. The cod was decent. The chocolate in a cup dessert was phenomenal. The experience was not worth the price point.

It was delightful! Our hostess Mia was really nice and our waitress Angela was the best! The food was all delicious and we will definitely be back! We love a good date night! Highly recommend for date night!

Service was absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful restaurant for a special occasion. Went for my boyfriends birthday and so glad that we came here. Our server Elizabeth took the time to explain each dish and each cocktail. Some of our favorites were the oysters and the Tuna Pizza. The Tuna pizza has this thin crispy crust with the freshest tuna on top and white truffle oil added. It’s delicious. Drinks are a bit pricey but they are phenomenal. The tacos were also a favorite. A little spicy but just the perfect touch of spice. The filet mignon was also very good. I honestly cannot wait to be back and try the rest of the menu.

This was our first time at Salt and the Cellar. Let me just say if you want a fabulous date night , this is the place to go. Ambience was lovely, lighting low but yet each table had a little lamp. Service was beyond perfect. We had 5 different folks as servers for our table. Definitely made us feel special. Just a side note I went to use the restroom and a gentleman walked me to the door. Talk about feeling special. So now let’s talk food. My girlfriend had the duck, which was tender, juicy and not at all gamey. I had the chicken, which was a breast that when I say tender and juicy I mean it. We shared the veggie fried rice that was so good. I know the meals I have told you about seem simple but they weren’t. Flavor wise complex but not over powering. Presentation for both was so beautiful. If you like iced tea let me tell you , order the ice tea. Trust me you will be asking your server what the teas is. Delicious!!!!!! They have an afternoon tea service on Sundays which we will drive from Fort Myers to try. For those that don’t know that is about a 3 hour drive. Well worth it. Can’t wait!!!!!

This was our first time to the restaurant. We were in the town for a trade show and wanted to show customers our appreciation with a nice dinner. The staff was friendly, beginning at the front door. Our server, Angela (I may have that wrong) was so attentive and patient with our group. She made the experience special. But the food, the food was simply amazing. Chef’s kiss!

Salt and the Cellar was a stellar 20/5 experience! A big shout out to Calan whose service was impeccable. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu and ensured we were well taken of for the entire night. I would 10000% recommend this restaurant and definitely ask for Calan and his team! You will not be disappointed
