We had a fantastic experience dining at Salt & Sugar; the restaurant is very well decorated, giving a fantastic ambiance that really sets it apart from the rest of the area. The food was great. The portions were perfect and the flavor was very nice. Everything is cheap too! But what really sets this place apart are the drinks. I bartend in the fine dining scene, and I have never seen such an interesting cocktail list. If you’re the type of person who likes to try new and different cocktails, you will love this place. My absolute favorite rum, Ron Zacapa, Don Julio, and an assortment of fresh and unique ingredients all made appearances on the Salt & Sugar cocktail list. Do yourself a favor and try something new; go to Salt & Sugar!

Good ambience, good food and good service. The live music runs longer than expected on Friday's, hard to have conversations.

Was a bit disappointed. This location had no HRW menu. Ok, no problem. The waitress had to be told twice what our order was. The onion soup was mediocre at best. Too sweet and minimal cheese. Dinner was the bolognaise. Bland. Not some place on my list to revisit I'm afraid to say.

Lovely place. The food was great. The burrata caprese was soooo delicious. The lemon salmon was very good. Risotto was delicious. My only complaint would be that the espresso martini was very bitter and a bit hard to drink. Wouldn't order that again but would definitely go back.

Nice old fashioned but the food was mediocre. The cesar salad had stale croutons and should have been chopped. The Carbonara and chicken were loaded with so much sodium that one could not appreciate what should be a beautiful pasta dish with subtle bacon. It was not. My husband's beef stroganoff was just ok. The tenderloin used tasted old. Few dessert.options so we opted to leave. We typically dine at Fratellis but wanted to try a new restaurant in our area. Disappointed. Will not be back, except for the cocktail.

I love the music but we should have requested a table far away from the saxophone player. The music was so loud that we had a difficult time talking. One of our party was unable to hear conversation at all so was only able to sit stringing blankly around the room and eat his food.

We wanted to try a new restaurant in Cypress and discovered Salt and Sugar and I’m glad we did. The interior is open and comfortable. We sat at the bar and chatted up our bartender/server. She gave us great wine recs and I enjoyed a nice glass of an Italian red. My cream pesto was the perfect touch of pesto and creaminess! My husband enjoyed the carbonara and used the bread to dip up the sauce. We thought the prices were on point, service was quick. Our 1st trip won’t be our last.
