Salt & Marrow Kitchen is located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta Hotel. Chef Dominic Simpson prepares his signature entrees on a unique artisanal wood-fired grill. The grilling technique brings out a deliciously unique flavor to the food. Start your dining experience with a selection of small-plate appetizers. Savor mouth-watering main course options, steaks, seafood, pork chops, and much more. Enjoy your favorite cocktails or a selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Salt & Marrow Kitchen offers a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. Park at the City of North Augusta's garage on Railroad Ave. across from the hotel. The first 2 hours are free. For a unique experience, try our lite Dining Domes, for those wishing to eat outside. Excellent my bartender Adrienne was fabulous as Always and my server Lorraine was so pleasant my food was delicious and my guests were very pleased with everything

I recently dined at Salt and Marrow and had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was inviting, and the menu offered a great selection. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service from my server, Lorraine. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent recommendations. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the meal even more enjoyable. Lorraine went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her professionalism added a special touch to the evening. I highly recommend Salt and Marrow, especially if you're lucky enough to have Lorraine as your server!

Service was extremely slow; also a premium pour of whiskey was watered down and the moved to another glass and re-served after a complaint was filed about being watered down. Steak and dessert was good, but the sides were mediocre at best. Don’t hop on over to eat the kangaroo.

The manager, amazing. the waiter, amazing if I get a rating email for those guys I’m going to make sure that I put their names in. It was amazing. The food, the environment the drinks everything..
