Salt & Marrow Kitchen is located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta Hotel. Chef Dominic Simpson prepares his signature entrees on a unique artisanal wood-fired grill. The grilling technique brings out a deliciously unique flavor to the food. Start your dining experience with a selection of small-plate appetizers. Savor mouth-watering main course options, steaks, seafood, pork chops, and much more. Enjoy your favorite cocktails or a selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Salt & Marrow Kitchen offers a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. Park at the City of North Augusta's garage on Railroad Ave. across from the hotel. The first 2 hours are free. For a unique experience, try our lite Dining Domes, for those wishing to eat outside. It was a stunning experience. Polite staff, top tier food, and respectful atmosphere made it an evening to remember! Brandy was a lovely waitress and she took pride in her job. Thank you!

Living in California and Atlanta I was left slightly disappointed at the overall execution of every dish. The price point versus the level of execution, left me with a lot to be desired. Food was good, definitely above average, but the fillet seemed extremely simple and I feel like I’ve eaten the same steak at a lot of places for half the price. Services fine definitely not over the top. Choices are limited and Augusta, but I doubt I will return.

It sounds like your experience didn't quite meet your expectations, especially given your experiences in California and Atlanta. While the food was good and above average, the execution and value for the price point left you wanting more. It can be challenging when the service and offerings don't match the high standards you're used to. It's understandable that you might not choose to return, especially when you're looking for something more unique and well-executed. Thanks for sharing your honest feedback.

The service was 5 star for our party of 6. Personable, professional and incredibly accurate! The staff and our server made the dining experience just delightful! So much so that we dined for breakfast on Sunday too!

Based on my previous experience, I was a little disappointed on this visit. The drinks were definitely not as good as last time and the biggest disappointment. Our service was outstanding and every request was met. Our server, Lorraine was top notch.. I had the special which was red fish and twice baked potato. Several others in the party had the same. Out of the four of us, while the fish was fresh and cooked well, it lacked flavor, and 2 of the 4, the potato was still hard as a rock. I’d probably choose somewhere else next time we venture into Augusta for a pricey meal.

Everly was the best hostess! She’s so sweet and really went out of her to accommodate my family and I, especially my 3 yr old:) we’ll definitely be back! My 9 yr old thoroughly enjoyed all the food as well. Specially, the charbroiled oysters, kangaroo and sword fish. He said it was all excellent!
