I can’t really rate the food here since we never were able to eat, but I can rate the service. We were seated at 3:50 PM and when we hadn’t seen our server by 4:02 PM I asked for some help. I was told that our server had just clocked in and would be with us momentarily in about five minutes later. 20 minutes after that, we were advised that there was a problem with the computer system, and orders were delayed. I questioned why the tables on either side of us, which were seated after us, already had food yet our order hadn’t even been placed yet. The manager went to check with the kitchen and confirmed that not only had our order not been submitted yet, but it would be another 30 minutes at least before we received anything to eat. At that point we left we are going to wait a while before we try this restaurant again. Maybe it’s just still working out the kinks.

Went to Sally’s APizza first time with the family and it was nice, wings were way to spicy, but the Pizza was amazing but they should tone down the music way to loud and hard to have a conversation it feels like a sports bar in there, but great time overall 8/10

We loved our experience at Sally’s however, the music was a little loud and hard to talk across the table. Well, definitely go back.

One of the BEST local pizza places. A little loud but definitely manageable!!

Polite servers. We are pleased reservations are Taken. The food did not take too long. Overall very good experience

The service was quick and efficient and the food was delicious. A bit noisy, but fun. I would definitely go back.

The food was delicious! We will be going back with friends and it is a great place to meet and have great food. Me personally, I would like more privacy between tables and less lighting. We did make reservations just in case. For the money, I thought it would look more high end but the food was high end so I guess all is good. My husband loved it.

We are Pepe's people, hadn't been to Sally's (orginal location) in a long time due to horrible treatment and poor service given to people who were not "regulars". Since Sally's has branched out, decided to visit latest one in Wehtersfield. The apizza was absolutey superb, the service was very good. Deawbacks were it was very noisy and hard to talk with another person at our own table. Also not as many choices as original location, i.e., don't have all flavors of Foxon Park soda. All in all a very good experience, also no line!

Overrated!! For years I heard how great Sally’s Pizza is, maybe the New Haven location but this new location has some serious issues, first the day before I tried to order takeout (that I pick up) it would be over an hour so-nope. Then the next day I made a reservation for 2:45, got there the parking is horrible, especially for handicapped people. Then get to our table, get ready to order then told it’ll be over an hour for pizza!! At a pizza place!! So then we are left to ponder this thought about leaving but decided we are here now so. Went with an appetizer, wanted the meatballs and mozzarella sticks, server came back and stated they had none left!!! Ordered focaccia bread instead then she came back said they didn’t have that!!!!!! I wa pushed to a salad, which was good -then finally our pizzas came that I couldn’t order a large because she stayed it would take longer…..mind you this place is in business to serve food but they run out apparently of everything and can’t handle the volume. Now as for the pizza, if you’ve had Frank Pepe’s then you pretty much have had Sally’s Pizza -except I’ve never waited half as long as I had to on this visit, nothing is cheap here. I really hope they get it together-but I don’t think I’ll ever come back to see if they do. Our waitress was minimal at best her replacement at shift change was way more friendly, probably because she hadn’t had to tell everyone a pizza place was out of meatballs all day yet. I’d say its most probably the fault of management.

Waitress was excellent. Tomato pie was burnt, not charred.clam pizza was bland.wedge and house salads were good. Won’t return! Possibly entrees and starters are good. Won’t ever know!
