Worst dining experience I have had in recent memory. Menu selection was terrible, although Caesars salad was good. Pizza was bad and burned. Waitress said she would replace and we waited 45 minutes for new pizza. She said after 25 minutes pizza would be out soon which was not true. When it finally came out by manager I thought she would apologize but she didn’t care. She acted like we were the problem, she should be fired. Was chewing gum in the front the whole time and drinking a soda. When I asked what took so long and she casually said others were in front of us. Ruined a planned birthday dinner with my mom, wife and brother. Will never go here again or to the new one in SW where I live and couldn’t wait to open before this. I eat a lot of pizza and go to Pepe’s all the time so I know pizza. The only good thing was the Caesars salad. Menus is terrible and way over priced, pizza was average at best. Will not ever go here again and may not even try SW when it opens. Manager should be fired and staff trained how to talk and serve customers. I wanted this place so bad to be good. The guy at the host counter was real nice and we chatted a bit so it started off right with him and the Caesar’s salad. They acted like a grace of God that they didn’t charge for the burnt first pizza that was disgusting, Brucca or something like that it was called, very close she said to a Margherita. 87 dollars for two medium pizzas, one soda and (1) salad. TERRIBLE is the one word to describe.

The food was amazing. I've eaten at Sallys in New Haven't many times and this was as good of not better in some ways. The expanded menu is great. Our server Penelope was incredible, pleasant and very helpful.

Pizza was very disappointing. First time there so we went with the traditional pie. I understand stand how it's cooked however way too black, tasted horrible. Too hard and very little cheese. Overpriced, charred bread. The rice balls were delicious.

We order 2 small pizzas and some appetizers, get some of our food but one of the pizzas took so long to get it. Almost at the time for us to go home. Not really happy to be honest.

Service was great and quicker than I thought. The seasonal potato leek and bacon pie was full of flavor, so good and gone in seconds! Calamari was good but a tad bit too crunchy, dipping sauce was definitely needed. Plus the DJ with vinyls playing some classic throwbacks gave a chill vibe for a Friday night. This spot is a great addition to Silas Dean Hwy.

Great experience, outstanding food and service. A server. Jojo was outstanding. Thank you and I look forward to trying other locations closer to Bristol. Thanks again Joe, you were outstanding.
