I’ve been going there for quite sometime and food was always excellent and so is the service but last night it was a hassle to get a server to the table after the server has taken the order. I am not sure if they are short staffed or not but it was nowhere as busy as my previous visits. Ordered another pie cause the first one didn’t taste good to me. Had asked 2 different servers to get me a box so I can wrap up the first pie and that took 15 mins. After 25 mins of waiting I decided to leave without getting my second pie. I couldn’t unfortunately see or find a manager I can speak with. Won’t be going there again unless I speak with a manager before hand. Thank you

As always, food and service were great. Mason has been our waiter a couple of times and is outstanding at keeping us informed about our order and our drinks topped off. However, this time we were seated in back across from the kitchen and it was uncomfortably hot. I can't imagine what it is like inside the open kitchen for the cooks. Needless to say, we ate quickly and took our sweaty selves home to air conditioning.

Good music but way too loud. An hour wait for pizza (after being seated) - on the positive, the waiter gave us a heads up, but what's the point of reservations?

The pizza was very good - thin crust with a little chew to it. Four of us ordered a different type of pizza. The best was the New Haven classic (cheese pizza) with 2 custom toppings. The red sauce was very tasty. Another was the firebird pizza (chicken, jalapeño, etc).... too spicy for my liking although my son liked it a lot. Husband had a white pizza with sausage added. He liked it. I got a clam pizza which I did not like at all - clams were tough and flavor was disappointing. We also had calamari (overcooked and had a lot of breading), and chicken wings (super spicy, but son liked them). Atmosphere: Decor is nice enough, but the sound level is loud. IMO they were playing music way too loud and their music selection was heavy on the base (more suitable for a club). The dining room is also the bar area, but I feel they could choose fun pleasant music for a more enjoyable experience. The room itself needs sound remediation. Sound bounces off the concrete floor and they should put some noise dampening panels on the walls and ceiling ... and close off the window to the upstairs where they hold children's parties since we heard the kids screaming and clapping. It was also hot in the restaurant - our booth was in the back near the bar and did not get adequate cooling - I also felt heat coming from the light over the table (weird). I recommend requesting a booth by they window or sitting outside. The meal was pricey because we each ordered different types - we would go again and not have appetizers and buy fewer pizzas next time.

Took almost 40 mins to get one pizza pie. Although the apps came out on time

I wanted to come back because I enjoyed my prior visit so much. But this time service was subpar which was unfortunate and nothing to do with the pizza. Our server took some time before getting to our table and then had to ask us if we sat down first or if the table next to us sat down first, really? He then proceeded to tell us it would be at least 40 minutes if we ordered pizza but would not allow us to put our food order in with our drink order. His reason being he had other customers to take drink orders from and didn’t want to keep them waiting. Sally’s get your servers or this guy some help in awareness and table etiquette. Well needless to say he soured my experience. Pizza was fine but when I go out and am getting table service I don’t want lip service too. I’ll get my pizza elsewhere thank you.

Really just fair. The pizza was greasy and not particularly tasty; the salad was dull. Disappointing.
