Waiter was all over the place, took him a long time to get water for the table, didn’t know what was in the vegetables as a side dish, I don’t think the waiter was having a good day

The food is excellent. Alex provided us with great service. He was witty, friendly and ensured we were taken care of.

Such a relaxing and comfortable setting. Beautiful rooftop views. I got the surf and turf and my friend got the snapper and they were both amazing!!

It was the first time for my husband and I. I am very glad we chose Sal Y Mar. The place was beautiful and the food and drinks were great. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Sal y Mar has an excellent ambience. The food is outstanding and I “Highly” recommended the Paella. It’s not a traditional , but it so amazing that I might return in a few days just indulge once again in this fantastic dish. I’ve dined before at Sal y Mar and rate it as one of the best Tampa Bay locations for excellent food and an amazing atmosphere! Much Gratitude Sal y Mar …..

The staff was very friendly and the food was AMAZING!!! Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend Sal Y Mar.

Made a 7pm reservation for 8 guests. All there seated by 7. Drink order taken within the first few mins. Appetizers / dinner orders are taken about 20/30min. after arrival. Tables that came after us received their meals first. When asked about our waiter about order status, he said we have a big ticket and therefore takes longer. Long story short, we did not receive appetizers until 820 and dinner around 845. Food was overall good, the turnaround between time we order and food served was not acceptable, especially since it was Tue. and not a busy night. Drinks were good. 8/10, the extended wait time was a bit of letdown.

Came for my Fiancé’s birthday and it was amazing! From the food, to the service, to the view… Such a vibe and would highly recommend to anyone!

Today must have just been an off day. I've been here many times before outdoor seating and DJ Flex was nice.
