Brilliant service, as always. Food was excellent, waiters were friendly and very helpful. Lovely atmosphere. 10/10.

Went here as a three for a meal and overall visually the place is nice, we were shown to our table and had the ordering explained. To cut a long story short, the ordering system is too controlled having to wait 15 mins per order. Food is good. Drinks are good but very expensive. Overall would not recommend the experience is nowhere near worth the price. Go to Blue Sakura instead.

The meal at Bradford was disappointing! We didn’t say anything as it was my birthday meal with my daughter who just got back from university. The food in general was good but we had to wait for our sushi which took over an hour. We ended having to ask where they got to. There was an error in the machine in the kitchen but this means we didn’t get to eat what we wanted as we were waiting for them. Then the rest of the dishes didn’t come. We took advantage of the 50% so didn’t say anything at the time but got an email asking for this feedback. Unfortunately, it was not great all in all.

The venue itself is quite beautiful, if a bit gaudy. Service is fine, however they had no beer on draught the day I went in and served us the wrong sized drink. The food is OK, but definitely not something you'd be making the effort to go back for. Good value for what you get though; definitely a casual one for a group of friends.

The restaurant is an amazing place. Decoration is outstanding. Food is really good. However, just for this specific visit service was not that good. Waiters didn't bring all of the things we ordered and restaurant wasn't even full.

The service wasn’t great it felt like the waiter simply did not want to be there, placing down the dishes out of reach it started to feel a bit personal even though this was our first time here. My last dish out of the 5 for £21 did not come and again it felt like we were being avoided despite the restaurant only having us and one other party I put on a special request when booking I requested a cheesecake to come out with happy birthday written on here as it was a friends birthday I expected the cost of this to be added to the bill but this also was not done for us

The foods amazing here. We have been many times. The low score is due to issues with the reservation. I booked for 8:30 on a Sunday. We have been on a Sunday at this time previously with no issues. This time, the wait or called me an hour before our reservation and asked me if I was on my way? I asked why would I be it’s an hour off and he told me if I don’t come now I won’t be able to have my meal that we scheduled earlier that week. I asked to speak to a manager and he said we can only have the à la cart menu. I told him this isn’t what we booked as it isn’t. And he said that that’s the only option as they want to close at 9pm (30mins after we would be seated). He said it’s quiet and the staff want to go home. Normally if they approached this nicely I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere so they could go home. But they were rude and told us we basically couldn’t come. So I explained this was a prebooked preplanned meal and it’s not our fault they want to leave. The manager then said to just come anyway and that we could stay for the 2 hours as oringally planned. Feels like it was unfair to put it on us to cancel for them to go home when they are meant to be open and I prebooked. I don’t feel like they should have called me and even asked to be honest. Also they called 3 times. I answered the third call. We they continued to pay full price and the service was slow when there were 3 waiters and we were the only table. Overall disappointed as we come to Sakku and SakkuSamba Manchester / Bradford / Leeds often and this has really put us off. We paid £100 to be rushed, then slowly served and pestered before hand trying to be put off coming. Felt very unwelcoming

Food good & welcome staff were friendly but at this price point with self-service ordering the service charge should not be added automatically. An option to pay at the table would be nice too.

You could get nicer sushi from Aldi. Sashimi was poor quality fish and stunk. Reheated crap sides. For £55 a person it’s a joke.
